A measurement device is configured to measure a three-dimensional shape of an object for measurement. The measurement device includes a projector, an imager, an identifier, and a calculator. The projector is configured to project a plurality of light lines onto the object for measurement. The imager is configured to capture an image of the object for measurement on which the plurality of light lines are projected. The identifier is configured to identify a projection condition of the light lines based on shaping information of the object for measurement. The calculator is configured to calculate a plurality of line shapes from the image captured by the imager, based on the projection condition.

Measuring device and shaping device

A measuring device includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to project a pattern light beam onto a measurement object; acquire, as measurement data, a projection image of the measurement object onto which the pattern light beam is projected; predict, using fabrication data for fabricating the measurement object, a probable image formed by projection of the pattern light beam onto the measurement object to form prediction data; correct the measurement data with the prediction data to form corrected data; and calculate three-dimensional data to the measurement object, using the corrected data.

The DC/DC converter includes: first and second terminals to cascade the plurality of DC/DC converters in a line; a phase detector that detects the number of operating converters in the switching power supply device and the phases of the plurality of DC/DC converters, on the basis of a current input to the first terminal and a current output from the second terminal; a phase holder that holds the detected phases and outputs a phase holding signal; and a clock generator that selects a clock corresponding to the phase of a host converter from multi-phase clocks, on the basis of the phase holding signal, and outputs the selected clock. The DC/DC converter performs a switching operation on the basis of the selected clock.

A data receiver is disclosed, including an equalization process part, a multi-value oversampling part, and an equalization controller. The equalization process part equalizes serial received data before binarization and outputs the serial received data being equalized. The multi-value oversampling part binarizes the serial received data being equalized by multiple threshold values, conducts oversampling, and generates the multi-value sampling data. The equalization controller detects an eye pattern of the serial received data being equalized based on the multi-value oversampling data, and controls an equalization characteristic of the equalization process part based on a detection result.

An oversampling circuit includes: a generation unit configured to generate multiphase serial data by delaying serial data by a predetermined time; and an oversampling unit configured to oversample the multiphase serial data by using multiphase clocks, wherein a phase difference of the multiphase serial data is set to be a sum of an oversampling interval used in the oversampling circuit and an integral multiple of a phase difference of the multiphase clocks.
