A power seat operation device is configured in such a manner that, when a dial member is rotated and operated, a movable mechanism which is to be operated is selected from among movable mechanisms. When a switch member is rotated and operated, the selected movable mechanism is actuated. The switch member is rotated and operated about a rotation axis extending in the widthwise direction of the seat. Thus the direction of operation of the switch member can be aligned with or nearly aligned with both the direction of the actual movement of a seat back when a recliner mechanism is actuated and the direction of the actual movement of an ottoman when an ottoman mechanism is actuated. Also, in a state in which a seat slide mechanism is selected, the direction of the operation of the switch member is aligned with the front-rear direction of the seat.

Power seat operation device and power seat

A multi-shaft drive device is provided that is capable of obtaining an appropriate backlash in an enmeshed state of an output side bevel gear and an input side bevel gear. An output side bevel gear () that is biased in the direction of an input side bevel gear by a coil spring contacts a shaft support bush attached to a wall portion () in an enmeshed state with the input side bevel gear. A bias direction stroke end of the output side bevel gear () is accordingly restricted. Moreover, the wall portion () is provided to a gear holder () fixed to a device case () that supports the input side bevel gear, thereby enabling the axial direction position of the output side bevel gear () to always be positioned at a uniform position to enmesh appropriately with the input side bevel gear.

Multi-shaft drive device

The present invention obtains a multi-shaft drive device that can protect a rack and pinion from operative load input to a selector. The multi-shaft drive device is provided with: an input-side bevel gear () to which motor power is transmitted; and an output-side bevel gear () that transmits the power transmitted from the input-side bevel gear () to a movable mechanism. The multi-shaft drive device is further provided with: a selector () that connects/disconnects the meshing of the output-side bevel gear () and the input-side bevel gear (); and a rotating shaft () that causes the selector () to slide via a rack () and pinion (). Furthermore, the angle of rotation of the rotating shaft () is regulated by the end of the pinion () contacting a vertical wall (A) of a case ().

To provide a multi-shaft driving device that aims for a lightening of weight and lowering of cost as compared with conventional structures. In a structure in which, when a movable shaft () is slidably installed at an output shaft () and advances toward an input-side bevel gear (), an output-side bevel gear () of a distal end side of the movable shaft () meshes-together with the input-side bevel gear (), and the movable shaft () rotates and rotation of this movable shaft () is transmitted to the output shaft (), the movable shaft () and the output-side bevel gear () are molded integrally of resin, and the output shaft () also is formed of resin, and the movable shaft () is slidably exteriorly placed on an outer peripheral side of the output shaft ().

Output member and multi-shaft driving device

A fiber reinforced plastic spring is provided, in which broken pieces can be prevented from being scattered when breaking without using any additional member and variation in load when breaking can be reduced. FRP spring has a layered structure having basic unit consisting of a positive direction orientating layer and a negative direction orientating layer. By appropriately setting an absolute value of orientating angles of each layer, fibers in the positive direction orientating layer and the negative direction orientating layer can be entangled mutually, and thus, the spring as a whole exhibits pseudo-ductility in a breakage condition. Elastic modulus and strength available for use as a spring can be obtained and breaking at a resin portion between fibers can be prevented in each layer.

Fiber reinforced plastic spring

A seat operating device comprising: an operation member; a first clutch member that is connected to an adjusting mechanism, and in which is formed a first cut-out portion that opens outwardly in a rotation radial direction of the first clutch member; a second clutch member that is connected to another adjusting mechanism, and in which is formed a second cut-out portion that opens outwardly in a rotation radial direction of the second clutch member; and a switching member having a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion that are positioned at mutually opposite sides across a rotational center. When the switching member is positioned at one end of a range of movement of the switching member, the first engaging portion engages with the first cut-out portion, and, when the switching member is positioned at another end of the range of movement, the second engaging portion engages with the second cut-out portion.

Seat operating device and vehicle seat

A power transmission member that transmits rotation of an output shaft to a movable mechanism achieves a simpler structure and increased productivity compared to when a conventional flexible cable is employed. Out of plural output portionsof a clutch unitpower transmission members that transmit rotation of an output shaftto a movable mechanism are configured by a conventional torque cable in a second output portionB and a third output portionC. However in a first output portionA, the power transmission member is configured by a gearboxincluding a wormthat is coaxially and integrally formed with an output shaftA.

Output gears are disposed so as to be movable toward and counter to plural second input gears to which rotation of the motor is transmitted, and so as to be biased toward the plural second input gears. A cam, which has plural recesses provided at the periphery thereof, is disposed at the inside of the output gear. The cam is rotated, and a pin of the output gear enters the recess, so that the output gear is moved toward the second input gear, and the output gear is engaged with the second input gear.

A fiber reinforced plastic spring which enables prevention of breakage caused by compressive stress is provided, including a FRP spring that has a laminated structure having plural fibers which are different from each other in tensile modulus of elasticity and are laminated. An upper surface of the FRP spring is a surface to which a pulsating bending load is applied. An upper side region of each laminated structure is a compressive stress region at which compressive stress is generated. A lower side region of each laminated structure is a tensile stress region at which tensile stress is generated. Distribution of tensile modulus of elasticity of each laminated structure is asymmetric with respect to the neutral axis.

Fiber-reinforced plastic spring

For realizing widening of a light scanning angle and excellent durability, the optical scanning actuator includes a movable unit that supports an optical element, a plurality of leaf springs having a thin plate shape with one end portion being fixed and another end portion being attached to the movable unit, and an electromagnetic driving unit including a magnet, a yoke laminated on the magnet to form a closed magnetic circuit together with the magnet, and a coil held by the movable unit. The coil is positioned in a gap between the magnet and the yoke such that opening plane of the coil is substantially orthogonal to a laminating direction of the magnet and the yoke. The movable unit is driven by an electromagnetic force applied to the coil.

Optical scanning actuator

A joining component is joined to a joint component. The joining component includes an insertion hole and two fitting holes. The joint component includes a fusible shaft at a position corresponding to the insertion hole and two protrusions at positions corresponding to the fitting holes. The joining component is placed on the joint component such that the fusible shaft is inserted into the insertion hole, and the protrusions fit into the fitting holes. The fusible shaft is then fused by using ultrasonic vibrations.

Joint structure and joining method

An object detector has a light projecting unit that projects light, a light scanning actuator that scans the light, and a light receiving unit. The light scanning actuator includes plate springs, each having a thin-plate shape and one end in a longitudinal direction thereof being fixed; a movable part attached to the other ends in the longitudinal directions of the plate springs; and an electromagnetic driving unit having a magnet that generates a magnetic flux, a yoke that forms a closed magnetic circuit with the magnet and has a part being stacked on the magnet, and a coil held by the movable part and positioned in a gap between the magnet and the yoke such that an aperture plane is substantially orthogonal to a stacking direction of the magnet and the yoke, the electromagnetic driving unit configured to drive the movable part by an electromagnetic force applied to the coil.

Object detector

An optical scanning actuator includes a leaf spring member that has a base end fixed and a tip end, a light source that is fitted to the leaf spring member, an electromagnetic driving unit that oscillates the tip end of the leaf spring member, and an optical element that is fitted to the leaf spring member and that is irradiated with light outgoing from the light source to reflect or refract the light to thereby scan the light.

A first sensor and a second sensor provided on both ends of a moving portion connected to a fixed portion via an elastic body detect displacements of the moving portion that is in an oscillating movement. An angle calculating unit calculates a displacement angle of the moving portion based on the displacements detected by the first sensor and the second sensor and a distance between the first sensor and the second sensor.
