In a vehicle communication device, a vehicle-to-vehicle communication unit receives from an other-vehicle in real time, complementary information that includes AP information that the other-vehicle cannot receive from an access point at a traveling position of the other-vehicle, the AP information being information possessed by another other-vehicle and that cannot be directly received by the vehicle-to-vehicle communication unit. Based on the complementary information received from the other-vehicle at a specific time, a controller creates complemented own-vehicle AP integrated information in which AP information that is included in an integrated range and is different from the AP information of own-vehicle AP integrated information at the specific time, is complemented. The vehicle-to-vehicle communication unit transmits the complemented own-vehicle AP integrated information at the specific time created by the controller to the other-vehicle in vicinity in real time.

Vehicle communication device and vehicle communication system

A vehicle communication device includes a vehicle-to-vehicle communication unit, an information extraction unit, and a Wi-Fi module. The vehicle-to-vehicle communication unit is mounted on an own vehicle and receives AP information required for wireless connection to an access point for communication relay from another vehicle in the vicinity. The information extraction unit extracts, from vehicle-to-vehicle AP information, which is AP information received from the other vehicle in the vicinity by the vehicle-to-vehicle communication unit, connected AP information, which is AP information received from the other vehicle in front in a traveling direction of the own vehicle and AP information of the access point to which the other vehicle in front is being connected. The Wi-Fi module wirelessly connects to the access point based on the connected AP information extracted by the information extraction unit.

Vehicle communication device

A vehicle communication system includes an in-vehicle router. The in-vehicle router includes a Wi-Fi module, a GPS, a vehicle speed acquirer, and an in-vehicle CPU. The Wi-Fi module is a module mounted on a vehicle and provided connectable to an access point of a wireless LAN. The GPS acquires vehicle position information indicating the position of the vehicle. The vehicle speed acquirer acquires vehicle speed information indicating the speed of the vehicle. The in-vehicle CPU determines the access point to be connected to the Wi-Fi module based on the vehicle position information and the vehicle speed information.

Vehicle communication system

A power transmission unit includes: a power transmission coil; a communication coupler that is formed in an annular shape about an axis X and arranged to surround the power transmission coil; and a shielding member that is formed in an annular shape about the axis X, and arranged between the power transmission coil and the communication coupler in an intersecting direction. The shielding member is arranged at a position along the intersecting direction to surround the power transmission coil, and shields magnetic force generated by the power transmission coil.

Power transmission unit and power transmission coil

The vehicle communication system includes a management server and an in-vehicle communication device. The management server manages a plurality of access points for communication relay. The in-vehicle communication device is mounted on a vehicle and is capable of wirelessly communicating with the access points. The in-vehicle communication device transmits, for example, travel route information indicating a travel route to a destination of the vehicle to the management server. The management server transmits access point information indicating the access points connectable, to the in-vehicle communication device using the travel route information transmitted from the in-vehicle communication device and a congestion level of the access point. The in-vehicle communication device connects to the access point using the access point information transmitted from the management server.

In an in-vehicle router, a narrow-range communication module (A) is a device capable of wireless communication. A wide-range communication module is a device capable of wireless communication in the wider range than the narrow-range communication module. An Ethernet module is connected to an in-vehicle LAN in a vehicle so that communication is possible. A CPU controls the narrow-range communication module and the wide-range communication module and communicates with the in-vehicle LAN through the Ethernet module. The narrow-range communication module, the wide-range communication module, the Ethernet module, and the CPU are assembled to a housing, and the housing is provided to the vehicle.

Wireless communication device

A vehicle communication system includes a management server and an in-vehicle communication device. The management server manages the plurality of access points for communication relay. The in-vehicle communication device is mounted on a vehicle and is capable of wireless communication to the access point. The in-vehicle communication device transmits position information indicating a traveling position of the vehicle to the management server. The management server transmits, to the in-vehicle communication device, access point information in which the priority is set on one or more candidate access points selected from among the plurality of access points based on the position information transmitted from the in-vehicle communication device. The in-vehicle communication device connects to an access point determined from among the candidate access points based on the priority in the access point information transmitted from the management server.

A power transmission communication unit includes a power transmission coil, a communication antenna, an outer case, and a mold member. The power transmission coil is a coil capable of transmitting electric power without contact with a power transmission coil on a secondary side. The communication antenna is an antenna capable of performing transmission and reception of signals with a communication antenna on the secondary side. The power transmission coil and the communication antenna are assembled to the outer case. The mold member covers the power transmission coil and the communication antenna with an insulating material in a state in which the power transmission coil and the communication antenna are assembled to the outer case. The outer case includes a groove section which is formed in a concave shape and positions the communication antenna accommodated thereinside.

Power transmission communication unit

A shield member and a power transmission unit each include a shielding wall formed annularly about an axis so as to surround a power transmission coil at a position extending along an intersecting direction. The shielding wall shields a magnetic force generated by the power transmission coil. The shielding wall is formed such that a distance between wall faces facing each other in the intersecting direction is wider at a longer distance from a first side toward a second side in an axial direction.

Shield member and power transmission unit

A power transmission unit includes a power transmission coil, a substrate, and a substrate shielding member. The power transmission coil transmits power to a counterpart power transmission coil in a non-contact manner. The substrate is formed in a plate shape, provided such that the substrate faces the power transmission coil, and electrically coupled to the power transmission coil. A current flows between the substrate and the power transmission coil. The substrate shielding member is formed in a plate shape and provided on a side opposite to a side adjacent to the power transmission coil of the substrate. The substrate shielding member shields a magnetic field.

Power transmission unit

A detection device includes a switch unit, the switch unit performs switching to a gain reduction state in which a gain of a loop antenna is reduced or a gain non-reduction state in which the gain of the loop antenna is not reduced in correspondence with a state of a detection target. When a wavelength of an electric wave is set as &#x3bb;, the switch unit includes switch terminals for reducing the gain of the loop antenna within a range K1 on the loop antenna from a first circuit terminal to a position that is spaced away from the first circuit terminal by &#x3bb;/8. In addition, the switch unit includes switch terminals for reducing the gain of the loop antenna within a range on the loop antenna from a second circuit terminal to a position that is spaced away from the second circuit terminal by &#x3bb;/8.

Detection device and detection system

Provided are a power receiving unit suppressing temperature rise of at least one of a coil and a capacitor, and a power supply system having the power receiving unit. The power receiving unit includes a coil and a capacitor body used for noncontactly receiving the power transmitted from the power supply device, and a receiving side case including therewithin a space housing the coil and the capacitor body. A pace K inside the receiving side case is wholly filled with heat conduction member.

Power receiving unit and power supply system having the same

A vehicle detection system includes an RFID reader, a detection device, and an ECU. The RFID reader transmits a transmission signal including at least a signal that supplies power. The detection device includes a second antenna unit that mutually transmits and receives a signal to and from the RFID reader, an RFID detection circuit that is activated using the signal that supplies power included in the transmission signal received by the second antenna unit as driving power and that outputs a detection signal to the second antenna unit, and a switch circuit that switches an electrical connection portion between the second antenna unit and the RFID detection circuit to a contact state or to a non-contact state according to a state inside the vehicle. The ECU determines the state inside the vehicle on the basis of the detection signal received by the RFID reader.

Vehicle detection system

A power-supply-side and the power-receiving-side units include power-supply-side and power-receiving-side coils each of which supplies or receives power in a non-contact manner; and a ceramic capacitor provided with an electrode being housed inside power-supply-side and power-receiving-side cases. The ceramic capacitor is arranged such that the electrode is non-perpendicular to each center axis direction of the power-supply-side and power-receiving-side coils.
