Provided is a method with which a biodegradable polyester film containing polyhydroxyalkanoate can be stably produced by film blowing under practical processing conditions. A method for producing a biodegradable polyester film containing a biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) and a fatty acid amide (B) by film blowing, the biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) containing polyhydroxyalkanoate, the method including: a step (I) of dry-blending the biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) with a masterbatch containing the fatty acid amide (B) and a base material resin; and a step (II) of subjecting the mixture obtained in the step (I) to film blowing.

Method for producing biodegradable polyester film from fatty acid amide and poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate)

Provided are a resin composition containing poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate), the resin composition enabling a film or a sheet to be stably produced under practical processing conditions by inflation molding; and a method for producing the resin composition. The resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) and 5 to 15 parts by weight of an ester compound, and having a ratio of 3.5&#xd7;10to 4.8&#xd7;10(sec/[Pa&#xb7;s]) between a melt viscosity (Pa&#xb7;s) and a drawdown time (sec).

A method for producing an aliphatic polyester resin composition containing 100 parts by weight of an aliphatic polyester (A), 5 to 23 parts by weight of silica (B) and 8 to 23 parts by weight of a dispersion aid (C), the method including: a first step of mixing 20 to 50% by weight of the aliphatic polyester (A) based on the total amount of the aliphatic polyester (A) constituting the composition, and the silica (B); a second step of mixing the dispersion aid (C) with the mixture obtained in the first step; a third step of mixing the mixture obtained in the second step with the remaining 80 to 50% by weight of aliphatic polyester (A) based on the total amount of the aliphatic polyester (A) constituting the composition; and a step of melting and kneading the mixture obtained in the third step.

Method for producing aliphatic polyester resin composition

An object of the present invention is to: improve slowness of crystallization that is a drawback of polyhydroxyalkanoate; suppress bloom of a nucleating agent or the like; and improve surface smoothness and mold transferability of an obtained molded body. The present invention provides an aliphatic polyester resin composition including polyhydroxyalkanoate (A), pentaerythritol (B), and a filler (C).

A resin composition for producing a film or sheet having high tear strength that is excellent in processability, mechanical properties, and biodegradability. The resin composition is a biodegradable polyester resin composition containing: (i) an aliphatic polyester (P3HA) having a repeating unit of formula (1): [&#x2014;CHR&#x2014;CH&#x2014;CO&#x2014;O&#x2014;] (1), wherein R is an alkyl group represented by CH, where n is an integer of 1 or more and 15 or less; (ii) polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT); and hydrophilic silica (A), wherein a weight ratio of the aliphatic polyester (P3HA) to the polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) is 90/10 to 10/90, and an amount of the hydrophilic silica (A) is 2 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a total amount of the aliphatic polyester (P3HA) and the polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) combined.

Polyester resin composition and method for producing same
