A first communication unitof a host-side transceiver deviceperforms communication based on an IC communication scheme with a host deviceand receives an access request signal sent from the host device. A second communication unitperforms communication based on a communication scheme different from the IC communication scheme with a remote-side transceiver deviceand sends the access request signal received by the first communication unitto the remote-side transceiver device. The first communication unitnotifies the host devicethat the first communication unithas received the access request signal sent from the host devicebefore the access to the remote devicebased on the access request signal sent from the second communication unitends.

Host-side transceiver device and transceiver system

A transmission/reception systemincludes a transmission deviceconfigured to transmit image data and a reception deviceconfigured to receive the image data transmitted from the transmission device. The transmission deviceincludes a serializer, an encoding unit, a data buffering unit, a data selection unit, a counter, and a synchronization signal generation unit. The data buffering unitbuffers data every n bits in synchronization with the clock. The data selection unitoutputs m-bit data selected from the data buffered by the data buffering uniton the basis of a count value from the counter
