A cold energy recovery facility includes a liquid hydrogen tank configured to store liquid hydrogen a first circuit configured to circulate a first working medium, a second circuit configured to circulate a second working medium having a freezing point higher than the first working medium, a first turboexpander provided in the first circuit, the first turboexpander being configured to be driven by the first working medium in a gas state, a second turboexpander provided in the second circuit, the second turboexpander being configured to be driven by the second working medium in a gas state, a first heat exchanger configured to vaporize the liquid hydrogen from the liquid hydrogen tank by heat exchange with the first working medium, a second heat exchanger configured to vaporize the first working medium in a liquid state by heat exchange with the second working medium, and a third heat exchanger configured to vaporize the second working medium in a liquid state by heat exchange with a heat medium, wherein the first circuit and the first turboexpander form a part of a first thermodynamic cycle that uses the liquid hydrogen as a low-temperature heat source in the first heat exchanger, and the second circuit and the second turboexpander form a part of a second thermodynamic cycle that uses the first working medium as a low-temperature heat source in the second heat exchanger.

The ORC cycle includes a condenser provided on the ORC cycle and configured to liquefy a gaseous fire extinguishing agent that is the fire extinguishing agent in a gas state, a booster pump provided on a downstream side of the condenser on the ORC cycle and configured to pressurize a liquid fire extinguishing agent obtained by liquefying the gaseous fire extinguishing agent in the condenser, a vaporizer provided on a downstream side of the booster pump on the ORC cycle and configured to vaporize the liquid fire extinguishing agent, and an expansion turbine provided on a downstream side of the vaporizer and on an upstream side of the condenser on the ORC cycle and configured to be driven by a gaseous fire extinguishing agent obtained by vaporizing the liquid fire extinguishing agent.

A drain removal monitoring equipment for monitoring, in a steam turbine, drain removal performed by drawing a fluid outside at least one hollow stator vane including an internal space into the internal space via a slit formed in a surface of the stator vane includes: a gas-liquid separation device for separating the fluid drawn into the internal space into a liquid phase and a gas phase; a liquid-phase flow measurement device for measuring a flow rate of the liquid phase separated by the gas-liquid separation device; a gas-phase flow measurement device for measuring a flow rate of the gas phase separated by the gas-liquid separation device; a liquid-phase return line through which the liquid-phase flow measurement device and the steam turbine communicate with each other, and a gas-phase return line through which the gas-phase flow measurement device and the steam turbine communicate with each other.

Drain removal monitoring equipment

A steam turbine exhaust chamber for guiding steam after passing through a rotor blade of a final stage of a steam turbine to outside of the steam turbine includes: a casing; a bearing cone; and a flow guide. An inner surface of the casing includes an inner circumferential surface extending along an axial direction of the rotor at a radially outer side of the flow guide and a side wall surface connecting the inner circumferential surface and the bearing cone. A first protruding portion is formed on the side wall surface along the circumferential direction above a horizontal plane including a rotational axis of the rotor. The first protruding portion is positioned at an outer side, in the radial direction of the rotor, of a downstream end of an inner circumferential surface of the flow guide in at least a partial range in the circumferential direction.

A turbine according to at least one embodiment is provided with: a turbine wheel having a plurality of blades; a turbine housing internally forming a turbine wheel accommodating space for accommodating the turbine wheel; and a wastegate valve for controlling the flow rate of exhaust gas flowing through a wastegate passage formed inside the turbine housing. The wastegate passage is configured to connect a scroll passage formed inside the turbine housing and a region upstream of a trailing edge of each of the plurality of blades in the turbine wheel accommodating space.

A liquid flow passage through which a liquid flowing from a first side toward a second side in an axis direction of the rotational shaft flows into the centrifugal pump vane is formed at a radially inner side of the annular disc portion, and a gas flow passage through which a gas flowing from the second side toward the first side passes through the axial turbine blade is formed at a radially outer side of the annular disc portion.

A steam turbine stator vane includes a vane body portion which has a vane surface including a pressure surface and a suction surface, a moisture removal channel disposed in the vane body portion, at least one slit opening to the vane surface to communicate with the moisture removal channel and extending along a height direction from a base end portion toward a tip end portion of the vane body portion, and at least one groove portion disposed in the vane surface and extending from the base end portion along the height direction, at least a part of the at least one groove portion overlapping the at least one slit along the height direction.

Provided is a steam turbine rotor blade having, at an intermediate position in a blade length direction thereof, a tie boss for connection to an adjacent blade, wherein the steam turbine rotor blade includes a leading edge side protrusion that is extending in an embankment shape in a blade chord length direction at an intermediate position in the blade length direction, a start end and a terminal end of the leading edge side protrusion are located on a suction side surface and a pressure side surface, respectively, and the leading edge side protrusion continues from the start end to the terminal end via a blade leading edge and arrangement thereof in the blade length direction overlaps with the tie boss as viewed from the upstream side.

Steam turbine rotor blade

Water droplets that are moved on blade surfaces of a rotor blade are effectively guided toward the blade trailing edge while influence on the strength of the rotor blade is suppressed. A steam turbine rotor blade having a tie-boss for joining to adjacent blades at an intermediate position in the blade length direction is provided. The steam turbine rotor blade includes an airfoil part in which a blade surface is partly hollow as viewed in a section obtained by cutting by an orthogonal plane to a rotation center line of a turbine and a recessed blade surface that is this hollow partial blade surface passes through the blade root side of the tie-boss at least in a region on the pressure side and extends in a strip shape in the blade chord length direction.

A steam turbine hollow stationary blade is able to reduce the amount of water droplets captured on a blade surface. The steam turbine hollow stationary blade, which has a cavity therein, includes a partition wall dividing the cavity into a pressure chamber on a leading edge side and an exhaust chamber on a trailing edge side, at least one steam inlet hole connecting the pressure chamber and an outside of the stationary blade to each other, and at least one pressure conditioning hole connecting the pressure chamber and the exhaust chamber. Total opening area of the pressure conditioning hole is smaller than total opening area of the steam inlet hole.

Steam turbine hollow blade

A steam turbine includes a rotor; a casing which houses the rotor; a plurality of rotor blades disposed around the rotor; and a plurality of stationary vanes supported on the casing. The stationary vane includes a vane body portion and an inner race positioned on an inner side of the vane body portion in a radial direction of the rotor. The stationary vanes include a first stationary vane having a through hole formed through the vane body portion. The rotor has a cavity having a concave shape and being formed such that at least a part of the inner race of the first stationary vane is housed in the cavity. The steam turbine includes a steam passage to discharge steam extracted from a space upstream of the first stationary vane in the casing to the cavity from the inner race through the through hole of the first stationary vane.
