An object of the present invention is to provide a metal elastic element which is suitable for sensing or the like of a fluid pressure change and exhibits favorable resilience even in the case of receiving a sudden pressure change, and also provide a diaphragm using the same. A metal elastic element of the present invention is composed of a two-phase stainless steel having a &#x3b3;-phase and an &#x3b1;-phase, wherein the area ratio of the &#x3b3;-phase is 40% or less, and the two-phase structure is a marble-like metal structure. In the invention, it is preferred that the element has a fiber texture in which &#x3c;111&#x3e;&#x3b3; and &#x3c;110&#x3e;&#x3b1; are preferentially oriented parallel to the thickness direction.

Metal elastic element and diaphragm using the same

Provided is a Co&#x2014;Ni-based alloy in which a crystal is easily controlled, a method of controlling a crystal of a Co&#x2014;Ni-based alloy, a method of producing a Co&#x2014;Ni-based alloy, and a Co&#x2014;Ni-based alloy having controlled crystallinity. The Co&#x2014;Ni-based alloy includes Co, Ni, Cr, and Mo, in which the Co&#x2014;Ni-based alloy has a crystal texture in which a Goss orientation is a main orientation. The Co&#x2014;Ni-based alloy preferably has a composition including, in terms of mass ratio: 28 to 42% of Co, 10 to 27% of Cr, 3 to 12% of Mo, 15 to 40% of Ni, 0.1 to 1% of Ti, 1.5% or less of Mn, 0.1 to 26% of Fe, 0.1% or less of C, and an inevitable impurity; and at least one kind selected from the group consisting of 3% or less of Nb, 5% or less of W, 0.5% or less of Al, 0.1% or less of Zr, and 0.01% or less of B.

Method of producing Co&#x2014;Ni-based alloy

Provided herein is a diaphragm that is highly durable, and that does not involve the risk of gas leakage, and a pressure sensor using such a diaphragm. The diaphragm is a metallic diaphragm that includes a plate-shaped pressure receiver, and a frame-like support member. The pressure receiver has a metal structure grown parallel to a flat plate surface of the plate-shaped pressure receiver.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a metal diaphragm capable of achieving a higher strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and a smooth surface condition, and a pressure sensor including the diaphragm. The diaphragm according to the present invention includes a two-phase stainless steel having a composition of 24 to 26 mass % Cr, 2.5 to 3.5 mass % Mo, 5.5 to 7.5 mass % Ni, 0.03 mass % or less C, 0.08 to 0.3 mass % N, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, and having a 0.2% proof stress of 1300 MPa or higher.

Provided are a living body stimulating electrode, a living body stimulating electrode apparatus, and a method for producing a living body stimulating electrode. The living body stimulating electrode has a flexible circuit board (FPC) between a living body stimulating electrode and a resin part. The resin part and the FPC are fixed with the living body stimulating electrode. Specifically, the flexible circuit board is disposed between the living body stimulating electrode and the resin part, and one or both of a stimulating electrode and a contact electrode constituting the living body stimulating electrode have an engaging part having a pressing part and a fixing part. The pressing part presses the flexible circuit board onto the resin part. Simultaneously, the fixing part is penetrated through a through hole formed in the flexible circuit board and pressed into a hole formed in the resin part, thereby fixed to and held by the resin part. The engaging part may be subjected to a chamfering process (the edge may be chamfered into an angulated plane or a round plane) to form an inclined plane or a curved (round) plane.

A constant-modulus alloy, which has a low saturation magnetic flux density to provide weakly magnetic properties, a high Young's modulus, a low temperature coefficient of Young's modulus, and high hardness, is provided. A hairspring, a mechanical driving apparatus and a watch and clock, in which the alloy is used, are provided. The alloy consists of Co, Ni, Cr, Mo. and Fe. The alloy is healed and cooled before being subjected to repeated wiredrawing and intermediate annealing, forming a wire with a fiber structure having a &#x3c;111&#x3e; fiber axis. The wire is then cold rolled into a sheet and heated to obtain optimal magnetic insensitivity and hardness.

At least part of the golf club head includes an alloy, and the alloy includes Co and Fe in a total amount of 33 mass % to 65 mass %, Ni in an amount of 15 mass % to 35 mass %, Cr in an amount of 10 mass % to 25 mass %, Mo in an amount of 3 mass % to 12 mass %, at least one of Nb in an amount of 2 mass % or less and W in an amount of 5 mass % or less, and at least one of Mn in an amount of 2 mass % or less and Ti in an amount of 1 mass % or less.
