Disclosed is a communication device that includes a communication unit and a notification unit. The communication unit, while wirelessly communicating in a first communication mode using a first resource of a predetermined frequency channel, wirelessly communicates in a second communication mode in which a lower delay is required than in the first communication mode using a second resource at least partially overlapping the first resource on a frequency axis and a time axis.
