A hemostatic device includes a covering member configured to cover a site where bleeding is to be stopped on a hand of a patient, a securing member configured to secure the covering member to the hand, an inflatable member connected to the covering member and inflatable by a fluid, and an auxiliary member having a smaller outer shape than the inflatable member. The covering member includes a body, a first arm protruding from a first side of the body, and a second arm protruding from a second side facing the first side. The body includes a first end portion located on a distal side of the body and a second end portion located on a proximal side thereof. The inflatable member is connected to the second end portion, and the auxiliary member is connected to the first end portion and is interposed between the body and the inflatable member.

Hemostatic device

A catheter for a hepatic artery introduced from an arm of a patient includes a first bent portion, a second bent portion distal of the first bent portion and bent to the same side as the first bent portion, a third bent portion disposed on a distal side of the second bent portion and bent to an opposite side from the second bent portion, and a most distal end portion disposed distal of the third bent portion, in which a minimum radius of curvature of the first bent portion is larger than a minimum radius of curvature of the second bent portion. The most distal end portion is directed to a common hepatic artery and the first bent portion comes into contact with an aorta wall on an opposite side from a celiac artery when the second bent portion contacts a blood vessel wall of the celiac artery.

A hemostatic device is disclosed, which includes a covering portion disposed so as to cover a site where bleeding is to be stopped on a hand of a patient; a pressing portion that compresses the site where bleeding is to be stopped when the covering portion covers the site where bleeding is to be stopped; a band portion wrappable around a periphery of the patient's hand at the site where bleeding is to stopped; a restriction portion that restricts movement of the securing portion in an axial direction; and wherein the pressing portion is not disposed on the centerline of the restriction.

A hemostatic device can perform hemostasis by compressing a puncture site on a hand of a patient, and can prevent a movable range of fingers from being narrowed or can prevent misalignment at a wearing position, when the hemostatic device is worn on the hand. The hemostatic device has a covering portion to cover a site where bleeding is to be stopped on a hand of a patient, and a pressing portion that compresses the site where bleeding is to be stopped, in a state where the covering portion covers the site where bleeding is to be stopped. The covering portion includes a securing portion that surrounds at least a portion of the hand while covering the pressing portion, and a restriction portion that restricts a movement of the securing portion in an axial direction. The restriction portion is disposed between adjacent fingers and of the hand.
