There is provided a photocurable adhesive which is capable of reducing the amount of gas discharged from the cured product. A photocurable adhesive is formulated to be curable by laser light irradiation. The photocurable adhesive contains an epoxy adhesive component, and a light-absorbing component configured to generate heat by laser light irradiation. The epoxy adhesive component contains a cyanate ester resin (A), epoxy resin (B), latent amine curing agent (C), and ion scavenger (D).

Photocurable adhesive

There is provided a photocurable adhesive having good deep-section curability. A photocurable adhesive is formulated to be curable by laser light irradiation. The photocurable adhesive contains an epoxy adhesive component and titanium black. The content of the titanium black is 1 ppm by mass or more and 150 ppm by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the epoxy adhesive component. The titanium black may have a primary particle size of 5 nm or more and 150 nm or less.

Disclosed is a structural material-bonding adhesive capable of bonding materials other than iron, and maintaining the bonding ability in an environment at a high temperature and a low temperature, while maintaining performance similar to that of a structural material adhesive used as an adhesive for bonding iron materials. A curable resin composition contains an epoxy resin, blocked urethane, and an amine-based latent curing agent, wherein the blocked urethane is obtained by reacting a urethane polymer having a terminal isocyanate group with a blocking agent, the urethane polymer being obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate, a diol, and a branching agent containing at least three groups that react with an isocyanate group.

Curable resin composition

Disclosed is a curable resin composition that has excellent curability by irradiation of light and heating and that is suitable for such applications as liquid encapsulants, liquid adhesives, adhesives for camera modules, and liquid crystal sealants. The curable resin composition contains (A) an aromatic epoxy resin having an allyl group, (B) a thiol-based curing agent, (C) a photoradical initiator, and (D) a thermally latent curing agent. Preferably, (A) the compound having an allyl group and an epoxy group is an aromatic epoxy resin having an allyl group. Preferably, the thiol-based curing agent, which is component (B), is in liquid form at 25° C.

An eyeball detection unit of the present disclosure includes an irradiator that projects substantially parallel illumination light toward a cornea of an eyeball, a detector that detects light intensity of reflected light from the cornea, and a detection controller that identifies a centroid offset in an angular direction of the light intensity of the reflected light from the cornea with respect to a reference optical axis on the basis of a detected value by the detector, and thereafter calculates a positional offset of a cornea position with respect to the reference optical axis.

A display apparatus includes a display unit having a display area in which a two-dimensional image is displayed, and an optical element configured by disposing a plurality of structural bodies for separating the image displayed in the display area into images observed at predetermined observation positions arranged at intervals in a horizontal direction. Flame-retardant epoxy resin composition, prepreg and laminated plate using the same

Provided is a photocurable adhesive with which curing by direct irradiation of laser light is possible with almost no occurrence of surface carbonization and which is capable of satisfactory curing even when the coating thickness is increased. A photocurable adhesive, which is cured by irradiation of laser light, is provided. The curable adhesive contains an epoxy adhesive component, a light-absorbing component for thermal curing of the epoxy adhesive component by absorption of laser light, and an inorganic filler. The content of the light-absorbing component is 0.1 mass % or less. The pre-curing thermal conductivity of the photocurable adhesive is at least 0.2 W/m&#xb7;K and the post-curing thermal conductivity is at least 0.5 W/m&#xb7;K.

Particularly, a compound of general formula (I) and an epoxy resin composition containing the compound as a curing agent are provided. In formula (I), R1 is a hydrocarbon group optionally containing a nitrogen atom and capable of forming a cyclic structure optionally having a substituent; R2 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group or is taken together with R1 to form an unsaturated bond; R3 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group; and X is a dicyanamide ion or a thiocyanate ion.
