A shaft sealing device sealing a sealed fluid includes a mating ring having a sliding surface and attached to a casing into which a rotating shaft is inserted, a commonly used seal ring having a sliding surface that slides against the sliding surface of the mating ring, and attached to the rotating shaft, and the sliding surfaces, and a backup seal ring attached to the rotating shaft on a counter-sealed fluid side in an axial direction with respect to the sliding surface of the mating ring and the sliding surface of the commonly used seal ring, and having a sliding surface facing the sealed fluid in the axial direction. The backup seal ring is movable toward the sealed fluid in the axial direction.

Shaft sealing device

The purpose of the present invention is to, after a through-hole is formed in a plurality of members between which a sealant is applied, rapidly and easily remove the sealant flowing into the through-hole. This through-hole forming method is provided with: a step (S) in which a cutting tool rotates about the axis thereof, thereby forming a through-hole in a plurality of members between which a sealant is provided; and a step (S) in which after the through-hole is formed, the cutting tool continues the rotation about the axis thereof for a predetermined time or a predetermined number of rotations, thereby removing the sealant flowing into the through-hole.

Provided is a control device for an electric generator/motor, which includes an armature winding and a field winding, the control device including: a bridge circuit configured to energize the armature winding; a field circuit configured to energize the field winding; and an energization control unit configured to control the energization of the bridge circuit and the field circuit. The energization control unit is configured to perform, when performing switching between a generation mode and a drive mode in response to an external command to control the electric generator/motor, control on a current supply amount for the field winding, and vector control on a current supply amount for the armature winding so as to compensate for a variation in field current.

A field circuit includes a positive pole side switching element which is for controlling field current that flows in a field winding and a negative pole side switching element which is for interrupting the field current; a field circuit control section includes a field high-speed interruption determination block and a field current interruption speed control block; and at the time of interrupting the field current at a high speed, the field current is interrupted immediately by turning OFF both switching elements of the positive pole side and the negative pole side and interruption speed of the field current is controlled by intermittently driving the negative pole side switching element.

Electric motor control device

Included are: a voltage command generation unit which generates a voltage command amplitude and a voltage command phase based on a current command value; a phase generation unit during rectangular wave energization, which generates a voltage command phase during rectangular wave energization; and a control switching determination unit which switches by determining as to which control of PWM energization or rectangular wave energization will be performed depending on the amount of the condition of a motor. A switching device unit is driven by the output from a PWM energization unit when switched to the PWM energization; and the switching device unit is driven by the output from a rectangular wave energization unit when switched to the rectangular wave energization. The voltage command generation unit calculates the voltage command amplitude and the voltage command phase by using parameters of the motor.

Motor drive control system

A fluid joint having a first coupler includes a cylindrical first main body and an outer cylinder located at the outer circumferential side of the first main body, which protrudes to a distal end of the first main body, and is provided with a first engagement portion and a second engagement portion at the distal end. The second coupler includes a second main body provided with a third engagement portion that can engage with the first engagement portion and a fourth engagement portion that can engage with the second engagement portion. The phases of the first engagement portion and the third engagement portion match in the process of engagement thereof, so that the second engagement portion and the fourth engagement portion engage with each other to join the outer cylinder and the second main body together.

An electric motor control apparatus capable of controlling a motor normally regardless of failures is obtained without increased cost. The apparatus includes a position sensor failure determination unit which outputs a failure determination signal, and generates a first phase; a motor rotation speed calculator which operates based on the failure determination signal and position sensor signals; a phase command generator producing a phase command based on the first phase, the failure determination signal and rotation speed; an amplitude command generator that generates an amplitude command indicating magnitude of a driving signal for the motor, and an electrical energization unit that applies the driving signal to the motor based on the phase command and the amplitude command. Upon failure of a position sensor, the phase command generator generates the phase command using the first phase, and a second phase obtained based on the first phase and the rotation speed.
