An expansion valve with an improved vibration isolation mechanism includes a valve body, a valve element, a biasing member that biases the valve body toward a valve seat, an actuation rod that contacts the valve element and presses the valve element in a valve opening direction against a biasing force of the biasing member, and a vibration isolating spring that suppresses vibration of the valve element. The actuation rod is inserted into an actuation rod insertion hole in the valve body. The vibration isolating spring includes a leg spring having a base portion and a plurality of leg portions extending from the base portion. The leg spring is arranged in the valve chamber such that a center axis of the leg spring is non-coincident with a center axis of the actuation rod insertion hole.

Expansion valve

It is an object of the present invention to provide an expansion valve with an improved ring spring. Accordingly, in the present invention, the expansion valve includes a valve body including a valve chamber, a valve element disposed in the valve chamber, a biasing member configured to bias the valve element toward a valve seat, an actuation rod that presses the valve element in a valve opening direction against a biasing force of the biasing member, and a ring spring disposed between an outer circumferential surface of the actuation rod and an inner circumferential surface of the valve body. The ring spring includes a ring portion, at least three elastic protrusion portions that protrude inward from the ring portion and contact the outer circumferential surface of the actuation rod, and at least one outward protrusion portion that protrudes outward from the ring portion and contacting the inner circumferential surface of the valve body.

A caulking fixation type power element has a diaphragm, an upper lid member forming a pressure actuation chamber with a working gas, a receiving member provided with a through hole in its center portion and arranged in an opposite side to the upper lid member in relation to the diaphragm, and a stopper member arranged in a lower space formed between the diaphragm and the receiving member, and is integrated according to a circumferential welding by lapping the upper lid member, the diaphragm and the receiving member, the stopper member has a main body portion inserted to the through hole of the receiving member, and a flange portion having a larger diameter than the through hole and formed in one end of the main body portion, and the flange portion is arranged so as to come into contact with the receiving member from the lower space side.

Caulking fixation type power element and expansion valve using the same

Pressure control valve

An expansion valveintegrated with a solenoid valve includes a valve bodyand a valve chamberformed inside the valve bodyto which a high-pressure refrigerant is introduced. A valve memberforms a throttle flow path between a valve seat, and controls the amount of refrigerant flowing therethrough. The valve bodyis operated by the movement of a stopper memberof a power elementvia an actuating rod. The high-pressure refrigerant acts on a surfaceof the stopper memberopposite to a diaphragmvia a pressure equalizing passage, a connecting chamberof a solenoid valve, and a pressure equalizing passage. The stopper memberis sealed between the guide member, so that the high-pressure refrigerant does not act directly on the diaphragm.

Expansion valve integrated with solenoid valve

An expansion valve unit having a pressure detecting function includes a supercooling control expansion valve disposed in a flow path of a refrigerant sent into an evaporator of a refrigeration system constituting a refrigerating cycle to control the flow rate of the refrigerant. A pressure detector is provided at one end of the supercooling control expansion valve to detect the pressure of the refrigerant sent thereto through a passage in the expansion valve. The supercooling control expansion valve and the pressure detector are integrated with each other by a joining means.
