A pressure detector that includes a case connectable to a flow route for liquid, and a membrane member attached inside the case and with which a liquid-phase portion to be supplied with the liquid in the flow route and a gas-phase portion to be supplied with gas are separated from each other, the membrane member being displaceable in accordance with a pressure of the liquid supplied to the liquid-phase portion, the pressure detector detecting the pressure of the liquid in the flow route by detecting a pressure in the gas-phase portion. The pressure detector includes an inlet port including a connecting portion connectable to the flow route for the liquid, and a flow-route portion through which the liquid flows into an inlet opening of the liquid-phase portion; and an outlet port including a connecting portion connectable to the flow route for the liquid, and a flow-route portion through which the liquid having flowed into the liquid-phase portion is discharged from an outlet opening. At least one of the flow-route portion of the inlet port and the flow-route portion of the outlet port is configured such that an incoming direction or an outgoing direction of the liquid is inclined with respect to an attaching plane defined for the membrane member.

Pressure detector

A pressure detector including a case connectable to a flow route and attachable to a predetermined attaching surface; and a membrane member attached inside the case and with which a liquid-phase portion to be supplied with the liquid in the flow route and a gas-phase portion to be supplied with gas are separated from each other, the membrane member being displaceable in accordance with a pressure of the liquid supplied to the liquid-phase portion, the pressure detector detecting the pressure of the liquid in the flow route by detecting a pressure in the gas-phase portion. The pressure detector includes an inlet port including a connecting portion connectable to the flow route, and a flow-route portion through which the liquid flows into an inlet opening of the liquid-phase portion; and an outlet port including a connecting portion connectable to the flow route, and a flow-route portion through which the liquid having flowed into the liquid-phase portion is discharged from an outlet opening. The outlet opening is positioned in a part of the liquid-phase portion that includes a highest point in a vertical direction in a state where the case is attached to the predetermined attaching surface, and the outlet port extends obliquely upward from the outlet opening.

A pressure detector that includes a case connectable to a flow route for liquid, and a membrane member provided in the case and with which a liquid-phase portion to be supplied with the liquid in the flow route and a gas-phase portion to be supplied with gas are separated from each other, the membrane member being displaceable in accordance with a pressure of the liquid supplied to the liquid-phase portion, the pressure detector detecting the pressure of the liquid in the flow route by detecting a pressure in the gas-phase portion. The gas-phase portion has an opening through which the gas is allowed to be introduced or discharged in accordance with the displacement of the membrane member, and a secured portion secured for the introduction or discharge of the gas through the opening during the displacement of the membrane member toward a side of the gas-phase portion.

The introduction pipe is extend from an inlet port to the inside of the chamber body, and has, as an end opening thereof, a discharge port provided in the inner circumferential surface of the chamber body so as to be directed toward the circumferential direction. The inner circumferential surface of the chamber body is provided so as to spirally extend, along the circumferential direction, from a discharge point at which the discharge port is disposed, to a connection point at which the outer circumferential surface of the introduction pipe is connected to the inner circumferential surface of the chamber body. The inner circumferential surface is formed such that a second radius connecting the connection point to the center axis of the chamber body is shorter than a first radius connecting the discharge point to the center axis of the chamber body.

Air trap chamber and extracorporeal circulation circuit

A pressure detector is provided that includes a case connectable to a flow route for liquid, and a membrane member attached inside the case and with which a liquid-phase portion to be supplied with the liquid in the flow route and a gas-phase portion to be supplied with gas are separated from each other, the membrane member being displaceable in accordance with a pressure of the liquid supplied to the liquid-phase portion, the pressure detector detecting the pressure of the liquid in the flow route by detecting a pressure in the gas-phase portion with a pressure detection sensor. The pressure detector includes a hydrophobic portion that allows gas to pass through but blocks liquid from passing through, the hydrophobic portion being provided between the gas-phase portion and the pressure detection sensor.

An air trap chamber is provided with a chamber body and a filter. An introduction pipe of the chamber body is provided so as to extend to the inside of the chamber body, and an inlet port which is an end opening of the introduction pipe is provided, on the inner circumferential surface of the chamber body, so as to be directed toward the circumferential direction. The filter is provided inside the chamber body, and covers an outlet port of the chamber body. Openings are formed, at multiple stages along the center axis direction, in the cylindrical portion of the filter. An opening at an upper stage on the ceiling portion side of the filter has a circumferential width greater than that of an opening at a lower stage on the outlet port side.

A medical connector that allows ventilation of vapor used in vapor sterilization and has an internal flow route that is tightly closable without using any separate clamping device. A medical connector includes a body having an internal flow route connected to an other flow route, proximal portions included in the body and having respective one-side connection ports at which the internal flow route is connectable to the one flow route, a distal portion having an other-side connection port at which the internal flow route is connectable to the other flow route, one-side lid portion, and an other-side lid portion whose state is switchable between a closing state and a ventilating state in which the other-side lid portion covers the other-side connection port such that ventilation is allowed.

Medical connector

To provide a storage tray in which flexible tubes are to be stored and with which the efficiency of work to be performed after priming can be improved. A storage tray that stores a flexible tube to be attached to a medical apparatus, the flexible tube allowing fluid to flow therethrough. The storage tray includes a tray body that is securable to a predetermined portion of the medical apparatus and in which the flexible tube is storable, and a receiving portion that is included in the tray body and is capable of receiving a priming solution, which is used for flushing the flexible tube attached to the medical apparatus, and storing a predetermined volume of priming solution.

A clamp device for a flexible tube which can minimize the sealing area and prevent leakage of fluid and achieve easy release of the clamp device of a flexible tube. A clamp device for a flexible tube comprising: one branch formed with a first projection; the other branch formed with a second projection opposing to the first projection; an intermediate part connecting the one branch and the other branch each other; and an engaging part formed on a tip end of the other branch adapted to be engaged with an engaged part formed on a tip end of the one branch; flow of fluid within the flexible tube laid between the first projection and the second projection being able to be blocked by elastically bending the intermediate part and engaging the engaging part and the engaged part each other to clamp the flexible tube between the first and second projection wherein the clamp device comprises a positioning part for positioning the first and second projections in the longitudinal direction of the flexible tube under the clamped state of the flexible tube with engaging the engaging part and the engaged part each other.

A clamping device comprising: a one end portion having a locked part at a tip and an other end portion having a locking part capable of locking the locked part, wherein the one end portion or the other end portion has an interfering part, and when the one end portion is further pressed with the locked part being locked by the locking part, the interfering part interferes with an appropriate part and prevents further movement of the locked part.

Clamping device with stop points to prevent excess closure of clamp

A clamping device is provided in which an other end portion is prevented from being excessively displaced in the transition from a clamped state to an unclamped state. A clamping device includes a one end portion having a locked part at a tip, an other end portion having a locking part capable of locking the locked part, a middle portion continuous with the one end portion and with the other end portion, and an insertion hole (H, H) allowing a flexible tube T to be inserted therethrough. An unclamped state is established when the locked part locked is unlocked by bending the other end portion such that the other end portion is displaced from the one end portion. The clamping device is configured to clamp the flexible tube T in a clamped state where a first projection and a second projection are positioned close to each other and to intercept a flow of a fluid at a clamped position. The clamping device further includes displacement-restricting members capable of restricting the displacement of the other end portion in a transition from the clamped state to the unclamped state.
