The zipper tape body is formed of a resin composition whose main component is a polyolefin resin. A light-absorbing layer and a bonding layer are layered on a first side of each of a belt-shaped male base portion integrated with a male portion and a female base portion integrated with a female portion on a side of the male and female base portions opposite the first side. The light-absorbing layer contains a light-absorbing material having a wavelength absorption range from 800 nm to 1200 nm to absorb a laser beam of the range. The bonding layer contains a low-melting-point resin in a form of a metallocene linear low-density polyethylene having a melting point ranging from 60 degrees C. to 120 degrees C. When the zipper tape is bonded to the base film, the laser beam is applied to heat the light-absorbing layer to melt the bonding layer. The melted bonding layer is pressure-bonded to the base film. The base film can be bonded without causing thermal degradation.

A bag body includes a bag main body and a zipper tape heat-sealed to an inner surface of the bag main body. The zipper tape comprises a pair of belt-shaped bases and two pairs of mating portions configured to be mated with each other. One of the belt-shaped bases is attached to the bag main body only at a widthwise side near an opening. First one of the mating portions includes a pair of hooks provided to each of the belt-shaped bases and respectively having nails at ends of the hooks that are configured to be meshed with each other. The second mating portion includes a concave female mating portion provided to the belt-shaped base and a male mating portion having the same shape as the hook and configured to disengageably mate with the female mating portion. The nail of the hook protrudes toward the opening.

A zipper-tape bag includes a bag body and tabs each provided to an outside of the bag body at a position closer to a housing space than a zipper tape. The bag body can be easily unsealed upon disengagement of a male portion and a female portion simply by pinching and pulling the tabs in mutually separating directions. The tabs are spaced away from an opening, which is formed after a top seal is cut off, in order that the content can be taken out or put in. The content can thus be put in and taken out without problems such as adhesion of the content to the hand and contamination of the content by touching the content by hand.

A connecting portion is provided between a first thick portion and a second thick portion in a cutting portion. Further, a thinnest portion on which a stress can be concentrated is provided to the connecting portion. Accordingly, when tearing a base material film of a bag body, the connecting portion can guide a cutting line toward the thinnest portion to position the cutting line in the thinnest portion, so that the bag body can be easily opened.

A packaging bag has a zipper including a pair of male member and a female member that are engageable with each other. The male member includes: a belt-shaped male base element provided on a packaging bag body; and a male engaging portion projecting from the belt-shaped male base element. The female member includes: a belt-shaped female base element located at a position opposed to the belt-shaped male base element; and a female engaging portion projecting from the belt-shaped female base element, the male engaging portion and the female engaging portion being disengageably engaged to form an engaging portion. The belt-shaped male base element and the belt-shaped female base element are made of a resin of which tensile modulus of elasticity is in a range of 700 MPa to 1600 MPa. The engaging portion is made of a resin of which tensile modulus of elasticity is in a range of 110 MPa to 560 MPa.

A zipper tape includes a pair of a male member and a female member including engagement portions and belt-like bases, continued to the engagement portions. The belt-like base includes a seal base defined by widening the belt-like base a larger width from the engagement portions to a crosswise end of the belt-like base than that of the belt-like base. A bond layer and an easy-peel layer are layered on a surface of the seal base in side of the engagement portion and heat-fused to a bag body. The seal base is formed of polypropylene. The bond layer is formed of a mixture of polypropylene and low density polyethylene. The easy-peel layer is formed of a mixture of low density polyethylene and polypropylene. A ratio of polypropylene in the easy-peel layer is smaller than a ratio of polypropylene in the bond layer.

The inner bottom () of a female-like projection () is provided with an elastic viscous material () continuous along the longitudinal direction so as to bulge into a space defined between hooks () of the female-like projection (). When a female-like projection () is fitted in the female-like projection (), the elastic viscous material () is pressed against the head () of the male-like projection () so as to be abutted against the head () of the male-like projection () while undergoing elastic deformation, and is in intimate contact with the surface of the front end side of the head () by the adhesive force and elastic force, whereby the airtightness of the zipper-equipped bag can be secured.
