Disclosed herein are a crystal comprising a compound, which has &#x3bc;-opioid receptor antagonistic action, few side effects, and high safety, and having high purity and excellent physical properties (stability, solubility, etc.), and a method for producing the crystal. The crystal is a crystal of a salt comprising: a compound represented by a formula (I) [wherein Ris a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, and Ris a group selected from the group consisting of and an acid selected from the group consisting of hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, and oxalic acid, or a hydrate thereof.

The present invention provides a novel pyridylaminoacetic acid compound represented by the following formula (1): (wherein R, R, R, Y and Z are as defined in the description and claims), or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The pyridylaminoacetic acid compound has EP2 agonistic action and is therefore useful as a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent for respiratory diseases such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

A cyclic amine derivative represented by the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, R.sup.2 represents a substituted of unsubstituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 aliphatic acyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted benzoyl group or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl group, and R.sup.3 represents a substituted 3 to 7 membered saturated cyclic amino group which may form a fused ring; or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds and salts have excellent platelet aggregation inhibitory action. They are useful for the treatment and prevention of such diseases as embolism, thrombosis or arteriosclerosis and for the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for such uses.
