A joint connector includes one or more connecting units, in which one of the connecting units includes: a plurality of conductors; and a housing that holds the plurality of conductors, the conductor includes: trunk portions each of which having first ends and second ends; and branch portions each of which diverging from the trunk portion, the branch portion includes an output terminal portions, the housing includes: a first coupling portion disposed on a side of the first end; and a second coupling portion disposed on a side of the second end, and the first coupling portion of one of the housings and the second coupling portion of another one of the housings are coupled each other, causing the first end of the conductor and the second end of another one of the conductors to be connected to each other.

A terminal-equipped electric wire, a connector including the terminal-equipped electric wire and a manufacturing method of the connector are provided. The terminal-equipped electric wire includes an electric wire including a conductor core wire formed of a conductor material and a terminal formed of a composite metal material in which a plurality of types of metal materials are clad-bonded with each other. The terminal includes a first connection portion and a second connection portion, each of which is formed of a metal material of respective one of the plurality of types of metal materials. The conductor core wire is electrically connected to one of the first and second connection portions, the one corresponding to the conductor material forming the conductor core wire.

A cable connection structure includes a round cable, a flat cable, a holder holding an end portion of the round cable and an end portion of the flat cable and pulling out the round cable and the flat cable to overlap each other in a same direction, a connecting portion in which a core wire exposed from the end portion of the round cable and a conductor exposed from the end portion of the flat cable held by the holder are connected to each other, and a mold resin portion collectively covering the outer circumference of the holder and the outer circumference of the round cable and the flat cable pulled out from the holder.

Cable connection structure and manufacturing method of the cable connection structure

An object of the present invention is to provide a flat cable reeling device reducing a size. A flat cable reeling device includes a case housing a flat cable, a center shaft provided in the case and fixing a first end side of the flat cable, a rotating table rotatively provided, centering on the center shaft, and a biasing means biasing the rotating table in a reeling direction of the flat cable. The rotating table is provided with a plurality of rollers adapted to reel the flat cable from an outside of the case along a circumferential direction of the rotating table. The rotating table is integrally provided with a disk-like table main body and a plurality of guiding portions formed to project from an upper surface of the table main body, and the plurality of guiding portions rotatively support the respective rollers and guide the respective rollers to be slidable in a radial direction of the rotating table.

Flat cable reeling device

Provided is a flat cable winding device and an assembling method thereof, which can prevent slack of a flat cable and achieve smooth winding and leading out of the flat cable. A flat cable winding device includes a rotating table, a plurality of rollers, and a central shaft rotatably and pivotally supporting the rotating table. The central shaft includes an auxiliary wound portion in which the flat cable is wound for at least one turn. An inner wound portion is formed along an outer circumference of the auxiliary wound portion, and an outer wound portion is formed along outer circumferences of the plurality of rollers, thereby preventing the slack at the inner wound portion when leading out the flat cable.

Flat cable winding device and assembling method thereof

Provided is a flat cable winding device which can prevent slack of a flat cable and achieve smooth winding and leading out of the flat cable. A flat cable winging device includes a rotating table, a plurality of rollers, a central shaft which rotatably and pivotally supports the rotating table, an inner winding portion formed by the flat cable wound around the central shaft, and an outer winding portion formed by the flat cable wound around outer circumferences of the plurality of rollers. By forming the outer winding portion, the plurality of rollers is pushed toward the inner winding portion, preventing slack of the inner winding portion when leading out the flat cable.

A flat harness winding device includes: a case; a rotor rotatably disposed in the case; a shaft of the case inserted into a hole in the center of the rotor; a plurality of harness split rollers rotatably disposed in the rotor; and a plurality of flat harnesses each of which one end is fixed to the shaft, said flat harnesses independently bent along respective harness split rollers and guided out from an opening of the case allowed to be wound. Harness support rollers are rotatably disposed on the rotor in spaces between the harness split rollers. Curve-shaped harness guide ribs are disposed on the rotor close to an out side in a radial direction of each harness split roller.
