A waste heat recovery device including: a heater which evaporates an working medium by exchanging heat between supercharging air supplied to an engine and the working medium; a heat exchanger which heats the working medium by exchanging heat between the working medium which has flowed out from the heater and a heating medium; and an expander into which the working medium which has flowed out from the heat exchanger flows; a motive power recovery device; a condenser which condenses the working medium; and a pump which sends the working medium to a heater.

A waste heat recovery system includes: a heater which evaporates a working medium by exchanging heat between supercharged air supplied to an engine and the working medium; an expander which expands the working medium which has flowed out from the heater; a power recovery device connected to the expander; a condenser which condenses the working medium which has flowed out from the expander; a cooling medium supply pipe for supplying a cooling medium to an air cooler which cools the supercharged air which has flowed out from the heater; a cooling medium pump which is provided in the cooling medium supply pipe and which sends the cooling medium to the air cooler; and a branch pipe which bifurcates a part of the cooling medium flowing in the cooling medium supply pipe, to the condenser, in such a manner that the working medium is cooled by the cooling medium.

Disclosed is a waste heat recovery apparatus which comprises: a gas-liquid separator; an expander into which a gaseous working medium separated by the gas-liquid separator flows; a driven machine; a condenser; a first pump; a first heater; a circulation flow passage for serially connecting the gas-liquid separator, the expander, the condenser, the first pump and the first heater in this order; a heat recovery flow passage for allowing a liquid working medium discharged from the gas-liquid separator to merge with the working medium flowing in a portion between the first heater and the gas-liquid separator in the circulation flow passage; and a second pump.

Condensing apparatus

The refrigerator includes: a cooling-water line having a cooling-water pump to thereby send water for cooling a refrigerant inside of a condenser; a lubricating-water supply line connecting the part downstream from the cooling-water pump on the cooling-water line and a compressorand supplying water flowing through the cooling-water line as a lubricant to the compressor; and a backup portion supplying water to the lubricating-water supply line instead of supplying water from the cooling-water line when the cooling-water pump is not driven.

An axial flow compressor includes: an electric motor including a rotating shaft; a compression portion including a driving shaft connected without a speed-up gear to the rotating shaft of the electric motor and a rotor rotating together with the driving shaft, the compression portion driving the driving shaft and thereby compressing a working fluid; and a velocity reducing portion having a space for reducing the flow velocity of a working fluid discharged from a discharge opening of the compression portion. The rotating shaft of the electric motor is connected to the end of the driving shaft on the side of the discharge opening; and the velocity reducing portion is disposed so as to surround the electric motor.

Axial flow compressor

An axial flow compressor includes: a rotor having a rotor vane; a first pressing member joined to one end surface of the rotor; a second pressing member joined to the other end surface of the rotor; a rotor shaft portion penetrating the first pressing member, the rotor and the second pressing member; and a nut which fixes the first pressing member and the second pressing member on the rotor shaft portion with the first pressing member and the second pressing member holding the rotor between. The rotor shaft portion is made of a material having a lower linear expansion coefficient than that of a material making at least a part of the rotor. The material making at least a part of the rotor may be aluminum or aluminum alloy.

In the condenser provided with two of the degassing chambers separated by a cooling fluid, communication between the degassing chambers is prevented even if a pressure difference is increased between the degassing chambers. The condenser has the housing having the vapor inflow port connectable to the discharge portion of the compressor, the first degassing chamber, in the housing, communicating with the vapor inflow port, and the second degassing chamber, in the housing, arranged above the first degassing chamber across the partition portion, and the passing portion for permitting a cooling fluid to flow from the second degassing chamber to the first degassing chamber, wherein the first degassing chamber is separated from the second degassing chamber by the cooling fluid in the passing portion, and the passing portion has a pressure head space for containing a specified volume of cooling fluid so as to absorb a variation in a pressure difference between the first degassing chamber and the second degassing chamber.
