A steam turbine includes an outer casing () that is provided with a first steam outlet port (), through which exhaust steam flowing through the entire length of a flow path () defined between an inner casing main body () and an outer casing main body () in a direction along an axis (O) is discharged to the outside of the outer casing (), and a second steam outlet port (), which is provided in the outer casing main body () and through which the exhaust steam passing through a portion of the flow path () or the exhaust steam not passing through the flow path () is discharged to the outside of the outer casing (); a first valve () that adjusts opening of the first steam outlet port (); and a second valve () that adjusts opening of the second steam outlet port ().

Steam turbine

A steam turbine includes an inner casing which has an inner casing body in which a first main flow path to which steam is to be supplied from an inner introduction port is defined, an outer casing which has an outer casing body which defines a second main flow path between the inner casing body and the outer casing body and an upper discharge port and a lower discharge port which are in the outer casing body and through which exhaust steam is to be discharged, an upper valve and a lower valve configured to adjust a flow rate of the exhaust steam which has been discharged, and a control unit which can independently control the upper valve and the lower valve.

Steam turbine and steam turbine control method

A rotary machine system includes: a rotary machine including a gas seal portion; a gas seal device connected to the rotary machine and that supplies a seal gas to the gas seal portion; and a connecting pipe that connects the gas seal portion and the gas seal device. The rotary machine includes a casing through which a working fluid flows; a rotatable rotary shaft; and the gas seal portion that seals the working fluid by the seal gas having a pressure higher than a pressure of the working fluid in the casing. The gas seal device includes: a seal gas supply pipe through which the seal gas delivered to the connecting pipe flows; a pressure regulating valve provided in the seal gas supply pipe and that adjusts the pressure of the seal gas supplied to the gas seal portion; and a control part.

Rotary machine system

A rotary machine system includes: a rotary machine including a gas seal portion; a gas seal device connected to the rotary machine and that supplies a seal gas to the gas seal portion; a pressure sensor that detects a pressure of the seal gas; a vent portion that discharges the seal gas discharged from the gas seal portion; and a vent pressure sensor that detects a pressure in the vent portion. The rotary machine includes: a casing through which a working fluid flows; a rotatable rotary shaft that passes; and the gas seal portion provided between the casing and the rotary shaft and that seals the working fluid by the seal gas having a pressure higher than a pressure of the working fluid in the casing. The gas seal device includes: a pressure regulating valve; and a control part that controls the pressure regulating valve.
