A patient transport apparatus having a table configured to support a patient, a base attached to the table, a docking system attached to the base, the docking system configured to couple to a mating docking system of an MR imaging system, and a plurality of bays formed in the base, with each bay configured to receive a patient care module therein. The patient transport apparatus further includes a control system configured to be electrically coupled to each patient care module received within the plurality of bays and configured to centrally control each patient care module.

A vaporizer filling system includes a filler assembly, a sump, and a valve. The valve controls fluid communication into the sump. A retaining device retains the valve in an open position. A delay is connected to the retaining device. The delay controls the operation of the retaining device in order to retain the valve in the open position until the delay detects a release condition. The delay then controls the retaining device to release the valve. A method of filling a vaporizer includes engaging a bottle of liquid anesthetic agent with a filler assembly. The bottle and the filler assembly are moved from a first position to a second position. The bottle and filling assembly are locked in the second position with a retaining device. Then the retaining device is released and the bottle and filler assembly are returned to the first position.

A system for the delivery of a liquid anesthetic agent to a sump of an anesthetic vaporizer includes a filler assembly rotatable about a pivot point. The filler assembly further includes a sump valve that controls fluid communication between the filler assembly and the sump. An adapter is coupled with the filler spout and includes a sealing surface that forms a seal against fluid communication between the anesthetic bottle and the adapter. The filler assembly, the filler spout, and the adapter are rotated about the pivot point along the rail. The rotation of the filler assembly, the filler spout, and the adapter about the pivot point opens the sump valve and the seal between the adapter and the anesthetic bottle.

A hand-held power tool includes a housing having a motor provided therein, a cutting accessory coupled to the motor and means for selectively directing a flow of air toward a point of cut of the cutting accessory. The flow of air acts to remove debris at the point of cut to improve visibility of the workpiece.

A rotary cutting tool includes a housing and a motor provided within the housing for rotating a cutting accessory coupled to the rotary cutting tool. The rotary cutting tool also includes a plurality of light emitting diodes for illuminating a point of cut of the rotary cutting tool. Each of the plurality of light emitting diodes have a central longitudinal axis, and at least one of the light emitting diodes is couple to the housing such that the central longitudinal axis of the light emitting diode is not parallel to a rotation axis of the cutting accessory.

A protractor comprising a frame and a lever arm coupled thereto. The frame includes a first substantially straight edge and an elongate track adjacent to the first edge. The lever arm includes a second substantially straight edge and a channel which mateably engages the track of the frame. The channel/track combination couples the lever arm to the frame and permits the lever arm to rotate about an axis substantially orthogonal to the first and second edges. The first and second edges intersect at a point allowing a user to describe an angle between the two edges.

A hand-held power tool, such as a spiral cutting tool, with improved operator control and visibility. The power tool includes a motor contained in a motor housing. The motor may be a variable speed motor controlled by a speed control user interface mounted on the housing. Each time a speed control button is actuated, the motor speed is changed. A display provides the operator of the tool with an indication of the motor speed selected. A detachable handle is provided with a moveable mechanism for easily, quickly, and securely attaching the handle to the housing and removing the handle therefrom with one hand. The detachable handle may include one or more storage compartments formed therein. The detachable handle includes a trigger switch mounted therein for operating the cutting tool motor. The trigger switch is mounted in the detachable handle in a position such that the switch is operated by the little finger and ring finger of an operator's hand. The trigger switch is coupled to a motor controller within the motor housing without use of a direct mechanical connection, so as not to interfere with the easy and quick attachment and detachment of the handle to and from the housing. Operation of the trigger switch is enabled by a multiple-position power switch mounted on the housing. High-output LEDs are mounted in the housing to direct beams of light toward a workpiece at the point of a cut, to improve workpiece visibility. Air vents are provided for directing a flow of air onto a workpiece being cut to remove cutting debris therefrom to further improve operator visibility.
