A vehicle adjustment system includes one or more processors configured to receive data from one or more sensors coupled to a vehicle that is in a stationary position. The one or more processors are also configured to analyze the data to determine whether an object is within a buffer zone surrounding the vehicle while the vehicle is in the stationary position. In response to determining that the object is within the buffer zone while the vehicle is in the stationary position, the one or more processors are configured to provide control signals to one or more driving components of the vehicle to reposition the vehicle to an alternate position.

Autonomous vehicle convergence avoidance systems and methods

A user authorization device (or UAD) physically connected to a user's router to aid in the authentication of the user. A bank server polls the user's router to verify that the UAD is connected to the router before granting the user the capability to perform transactions on the user's account that would be otherwise restricted. The bank server implements a set of policies designed by the user that require the UAD to be present for some transactions with the account to be performed. The presence of this device thus adds an extra layer of security to such financial transactions beyond the use of a username and password.

A method and system for securely communicating with third parties who are authorized to control access to funds in a banking account held by a financial institution is disclosed. The method and system are particularly useful when the third party does not have direct access to account controls (for example, through a secure web portal or a secure banking application). While joint account holders, or other authorized users, of the banking account may communicate directly through an account management service, communication with the third party is mediated using a separate messaging service, such as a short messaging service (SMS). An authorization token may also be used as part of the approval process.

A tattoo detection-based method and system of performing an authentication of video of a person in order to authorize access to a secured resource is disclosed. The user provides image data in which they present a region of skin on which a pattern or code has been tattooed with ink that is invisible to the human eye. The system and method are configured to evaluate the image data to determine whether the cloaked token is present. If a cloaked token is present, the system determines the image is authentic and can verify an identity of the person. In some cases, the system can further be configured to automatically grant the person access to one or more services, features, or information for which he or she is authorized.

Tattoo detection-based video authentication method and system

Various embodiments described herein relate to a call management system that aims to provide a more efficient, secure, and dynamic technique for authenticating a user based on a location of the user. A server of the call management system receives a phone call from a user device. The server transfers the phone call to an analyst device. When the analyst device accepts the phone call, the server starts an electronic communication session between the user device and the analyst device. The server then determines a current location of the user. The server further determines a question for authentication of the user based on the current location. The server transmits the question to the analyst device. The analyst device transmits the question to the user device via the server. In response to an answer received from the user device, the server authenticates the user.

A system and method for performing machine learning in a mobile computing device which is configured to be coupled with a cloud computing system is disclosed. The method may include activating, on the mobile computing device, a machine learning application, which accesses a local machine learning system including a local machine learning model, periodically updating the local machine learning system based upon updates for the local machine learning system received from a global machine learning system hosted by the cloud computing system, performing machine learning based on received training data, and periodically transmitting changes to the local machine learning system from the mobile computing device to the global machine learning system hosted by the cloud computing system.

Image processing techniques can be used to determine whether a person has installed an unauthorized device on or in a kiosk. For example, an image processing server can determine whether a person's hand(s) are engaging in abnormal behavior by obtaining recorded images of the person's hand(s) that extend towards the kiosk to perform an action, and by comparing the information in the recorded images with a set of previously known information about other persons' hands that are similarly extended towards the kiosk.

A user specific tic behavior detection-based method and system of performing an authentication of video of a person in order to authorize access to a secured resource. The user provides audio and/or video data in which they exhibit one or more tic behaviors. When a person later requests access to the user's account, the system and method are configured to capture a video and/or audio recording of the person requesting access. The data is evaluated to determine whether the previously detected tic behavior is present. A sound-based method and system of performing an authentication of a person in order to permit access to a secured resource is disclosed. The system and method are configured to transmit an audio signal to a remotely located smart device. When the smart device produces the audio signal, a nearby computing device captures the audio signal and provides the captured audio data to an authentication platform. The audio data is compared to the transmitted audio signal. The system can determine whether there is a match between the captured audio data and the transmitted audio data. If there is a match, the system verifies an identity of the person and can further be configured to automatically grant the person access to one or more services, features, or information for which he or she is authorized.

Audio token-based authentication method and system

Authentication method and systems using RFID-enabled payment cards are disclosed herein where a server receives a request corresponding to authorization of a payment associated with a payment card from an electronic terminal. The server identifies an electronic device of a user associated with the payment card. The server then transmits an instruction to the electronic device to cause an RFID reader of the electronic device to determine whether an RFID tag corresponding to the payment card is located within a predetermined proximity to the electronic device. When the payment card is located within the predetermined proximity, the server executes a first authentication protocol. Moreover, when the payment card is not located within the predetermined proximity, the server executes a second authentication protocol, wherein the second authentication protocol is more restrictive than the first authentication protocol.

RFID-enabled payment authentication

Disclosed systems and methods allow a user to input digital content along with identification of one or more social media websites on which the user desires to publish the digital content. The systems and methods then query the identified social media webservers and retrieve a first set of publishing rules. When the digital content satisfies the first set of rules, the systems and methods query a database to retrieve a second set of rules comprising user restrictions specific to the identified social media websites. When the digital content does not satisfy at least one rule within the second set of rules, the systems and methods render a prompt on the user device to receive modified digital content. Subsequently, the systems and methods instruct the one or more social media websites to publish the modified digital content.

Systems and methods for online identity management

A method and system of delegating control to a surrogate for a primary account holder so that the surrogate can control access to funds in a joint account by a secondary account holder when the primary account holder is unavailable. The surrogate's ability to approve or deny the secondary account holder's requests for funds is limited by rules established by the primary account holder. The system includes a secure management account system that implements communications between the surrogate's personal device, the primary account holder's personal device, the secondary account holder's personal device and the financial institution holding the joint account.

The present disclosure relates generally to aggregation of data associated with events related to automotive vehicles. Automotive vehicles may include a variety of sensing devices used in local sensing operations. However, these sensing devices may not be leveraged beyond the local sensing operations. When automotive vehicles are operated, sometimes events occur. As discussed herein, an event-based data aggregation service may aggregate sensing data from one or more sensing devices, such as sensing devices of the automotive vehicles, in response to receiving an event notification associated with one or more of the events and may use the sensing data when responding to the event notification.
