A collector used to collect bone includes: a container body defining an interior containment space for receiving and retaining collected bone, and having at least one open end for access and removal of collected bone from the interior containment space; and a cap in covering relation to the open end of the container body such that access to the interior containment space for removal of collected bone is inhibited. The collector includes an intake port defining an opening for receiving therein a distal end of a kerrison rongeur for collecting cut bone from a cutting area thereof, and the cap includes at least one scraper for engaging and dislodging cut bone from the cutting area of a distal end of a kerrison rongeur when received within the intake port. The collector preferably is used with a kerrison rongeur for collecting cut bone therefrom.

Apparatus for delivery of bone includes a syringe body and a plunger. The syringe body includes a tip at a bottom thereof, a funnel-shaped top at the top thereof, and a tubular section having a generally cylindrical interior wall defining a passageway extending from the funnel-shaped top to the tip. The plunger includes an elongate piston, a press head, and a handle. The piston extends between the press head at a lower end of the plunger, and the handle at an upper end of the plunger. The plunger is removably received within the passageway, with an extent of the plunger extending out of the funnel-shaped top away from the syringe body. The syringe body may be loaded with one or more bone pellets or cartridges containing bone.

An annular shaped two tier desk organizer and multi-compartment storage unit or device. The organizer/storage unit includes a base assembly having a central vertical axis, a stationary lower member and a rotatable upper member superposed or superimposed on the lower member. An exercise device comprises a frame, including a pair of arcuate rails having a central curved portion, a first end, and a second end. The pair of rails are disposed in fixed parallel relation with one another with a first end member interconnecting the first ends of the rails and a second end member interconnecting the second ends of the rails. The exercise device further comprises a platform operatively connected to the frame for supporting a person thereon. The device may be oriented in various orientations including: 1) a rocking orientation wherein the curved portions of the pair of rails abut a surface on which the device is placed such that the device may move in a rocking motion relative to the surface and 2) a stationary orientation wherein the first end member and the second end member abut the surface on which the device is placed such that the device is stationary relative to the surface.

Exercise devices

An exercise apparatus includes a platform for use in exercises in an unstable configuration. The platform includes a stepping deck for receiving a user; an arched base for rocking support of the stepping deck on a workout surface; and a resistance band assembly housed within the platform, with the resistance band assembly including a plurality of resistance bands. The exercise apparatus may include a frame that is adapted to removably receive and support the platform above a workout surface in a stable configuration for use in exercises. In another exercise apparatus, the platform is secured to the frame such that, in a first orientation, the platform is stable; and in a second, inverted orientation, the platform is unstable. The platform is plank-shaped, and the stepping deck includes two stepping surfaces, each surface being located on an opposite side of the stepping deck.

The game board, the paper shredder and the shreddable cards are arranged in a box. A method of playing the game includes shredding a first of the plurality of cards; receiving, by a player, the shredded pieces of the first card; attempting to identify the visually-identifiable indicia depicted on a first side of the first card; and controlling game play, on the game board, based on the success of the step of attempting to identify the visually-identifiable indicia depicted on the first card.
