Computerized systems and methods for facilitating coordination for multiple individuals are provided. Search parameters are received and a plurality of individuals that satisfy the search parameter(s) is determined and provided. A user is able to select multiple individuals at the same time to coordinate from within the plurality of individuals. Once selected, a process for each of the selected individuals is launched. A plurality of scheduling options, based on an activity or event input, is provided. The plurality of scheduling options includes a time for each individual selected to be scheduled/processed. Once a scheduling option is selected, times within the selected scheduling option are locked such that (1) no other user can access the selected times and (2) processes for each of the multiple selected individuals may be completed in the same application without the need for opening separate processes for each process.

Identification and coordination of multiple individuals

A medication dispensing apparatus is provided herein along with computer-useable instructions embodied on a microcontroller for control of said medication dispensing apparatus. Instructions may be embodied on the microcontroller to control a dosing of medication via a coupled motor. The microcontroller controls rotation of the motor to line up a cavity with a dispensing port such that medication from a medication container (e.g., pill bottle) is dispensed via the dispensing apparatus.

Systems and methods enabling the automatic configuration of application environments in a clinical system are disclosed. An interoperability hub can be implemented within a clinical solution made up of a plurality of independent application environments. Each application environment may have an interoperability agent running on it which facilitates communication with the interoperability hub. Each agent running on a specific application environment is configured to look into that system and collect configuration information from that application environment that other systems in the solution require. The configuration information for an application environment can be sent to the interoperability hub and maintained. Further, if that application environment requires any configuration information from any other application environment, it can obtain that information from the interoperability hub and handle that information appropriately with respect to the application environment. The interoperability agent may monitor the application environment for any changes and notify the interoperability hub accordingly.
