Disclosed herein are tethered cap and spout combinations. The tethered cap and spout combinations prevent loss of the cap after opening. In an implementation, the tethered cap and spout combinations may provide mechanisms for puncturing or opening a seal that may be present at a throat or neck of the container which provides both an anti-tampering and freshness function. In an implementation, the tethered cap and spout combinations may provide anti-tampering mechanisms. In an implementation, the tethered cap and spout combinations may provide mechanisms to hold an opened and tethered cap away from the container opening during use.

Tethered cap and spout

A tethered closure device for a beverage container, a cap element and a beverage container. It is provided that a tethered closure device for a beverage container comprises the following components: A frame device and a cap element with an at least partially connected recloseable lid element, wherein the cap element is rotatable disposed to the frame device. The tethered closure device further comprises at least two temper evident elements, wherein the first temper evident element is disposed between the cap element and the frame device and the second temper evident element is disposed between the cap element and the lid element. Furthermore, a cap element and a beverage container is provided.

Tethered closure device

Disclosed herein are fusion packaging and fusion packages. A package includes a frame which provides structure, a sidewall fused to the frame, and a cap connected to one end of the frame. Another package includes a sleeve, a cap fused to one end of the sleeve, and a seal configured to be fused to a remaining end of the sleeve after filling with content. A grinder assembly removably connectable to a container of a spice dispenser includes a stationary grinder component and a rotatable grinder component associated with said stationary grinder component to define a grinding chamber between a portion of said stationary grinder component and a portion of said rotatable grinder component. The grinder assembly additionally includes a first feature for coupling the grinder assembly to said container and a second feature movable to selectively decouple the grinder assembly from the container.
