Combination barbecue grill care tool

A combination grill care tool for cleaning a barbecue grill cooking surface includes a tool head having an upper surface and a lower surface. A handle having a proximal end and a distal end extends from the tool head such that the distal end opposes the tool head. A push-pull scraper disposed on the upper surface of the tool head extends from the tool head. The push-pull scraper has a first blade and a second blade. The first blade and the second blade are adapted to engage and break loose residue on the barbecue grill cooking surface. A method of use is also provided.

The present invention is a pocketed cover to be used on an outdoor cooking appliance. This cover may be utilized for a barbecue grill and can be designed to appropriately fit a particular type of grill. This item may be designed for use on other outdoor equipment that also needs protection from the elements. Some examples of such equipment are smokers, lawn tools, and furniture such as chairs, umbrellas, and tables. The pocket of this cover increases the functionality of the cover, allowing for storage of items such as grill utensils. In some embodiments, the pocket can be used to store the cover itself when it is not in use. In some embodiments, the pocket is located on a front panel of the cover.

A removable handle for use with a cooking implement, including a grip portion with a top surface, a bottom surface, a front end, and a back end. A support post wire with a first support post end and a second support post end, the first and said second support post ends being parallel, is securely attached to the grip portion. A lock wire with a hook end and an anchor end is securely attached to the grip portion. A button is disposed in the grip portion, the button being arranged and configured to deflect the hook end downwardly. The first and the second support post ends are arranged and configured for insertion into a pair of support recesses disposed on the cooking implement, and the hook end is arranged and configured to engage a portion of the cooking implement.

A removable handle and method for use including a grip having a top surface, a bottom surface, a front end, a back end, a button orifice, a locking wire channel, and a pair of recesses disposed on the front end of the grip. A locking wire including a hook end is disposed in the locking wire channel and the hook end is configured to engage the cooking implement. A pair of support posts is disposed in the pair of recesses and the support posts include a pair of support post ends configured for insertion into the cooking implement. A button is disposed in the button orifice and is arranged and configured to deflect the hook end between an engaged position and a disengaged position.

A compact cooking tool apparatus, comprises a handle having a first end and a second end. The handle is movable between an open position and a closed position. At least one cooking tool is adapted to extend from an end of the handle. The cooking tool is movably fixed to the handle. The handle is adapted to receive the cooking tool therein.

An adjustable searing grate for a barbecue grill comprises a cooking surface and an outrigger device. The cooking surface comprises a plurality of searing wires arranged in a substantially parallel configuration and a longitudinal member disposed substantially perpendicularly to the plurality of searing wires. Each of the plurality of searing wires has a substantially oval cross-section. The longitudinal member supports the plurality of searing wires. The outrigger device is adapted to slidably engage the cooking surface. The outrigger device is slidably fixed along one of the plurality of searing wires and the longitudinal member in order to adjust a dimension of the adjustable searing grate.

A rotatable handle for use with an associated cookware item including an attachment member having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end being rotatably secured to a first portion of the cookware item and the distal end having a gripping member disposed thereon. The first portion also includes a handle locking member. A locking mechanism is slidably disposed on the attachment member between the gripping member and the proximal end, the locking mechanism being arranged and configured to engage the handle locking member and being slidable between a first position and a second position. When the locking mechanism is in the first position, the handle is rotatable relative to the first portion. When the locking mechanism is in the second position, the locking mechanism engages the handle locking member, thereby securing the handle relative to the cookware item.
