Hydraulic reservoir assembly for a crop sprayer

A crop sprayer includes a main frame. A product tank and a rinse tank are supported by the main frame. A battery is also supported by the main frame. A framework is supported by the main frame that defines a routing space. A control panel is attached to the framework that defines at least a first panel opening, a second panel opening, and a third panel opening. A first fluid line is connected between a first fluid outlet and the product tank. The first fluid line extends through the routing space and the first panel opening. A second fluid line is connected between the second fluid outlet and the rinse tank. The second fluid line extends through the routing space and the second panel opening. A first electrical switch is supported by the framework adjacent to the third opening. Electrical wiring extends between the first electrical switch and the battery, the electrical wiring also extending through the routing space.

Consolidated ground level control station for a crop sprayer

A crop sprayer comprises a cab having i) a left lateral wall structure including a first door, and ii) a right lateral wall structure including a second door. A first platform having a first foot support is positioned adjacent to the first door. A second platform having a second foot support is positioned adjacent to the second door. The second platform defines a routing space located beneath the second foot support. An exhaust assembly includes i) a muffler having a muffler inlet and a muffler outlet, ii) an inlet conduit in fluid communication with the muffler inlet, and iii) an outlet conduit in fluid communication with the muffler outlet. The second platform defines a forward platform portion and a trailing platform portion. The muffler is located within the routing space with the inlet conduit extending into the routing space at the leading platform portion and the outlet conduit extending from the routing space at the trailing platform portion.

Exhaust system outrigger assembly for a crop sprayer

A platform assembly is supported by the main frame and includes i) a framework, ii) an upper platform foot support secured to the framework and positioned adjacent to the doorway, and iii) a first stair member secured to the framework and spaced apart from the upper platform foot support. A stair assembly is movably attached to the framework and includes a second stair member. The door is movable between i) a first position in which the door is positioned to cover the door opening so as to block entry into the cab through the door opening, and ii) a second position in which the door is spaced apart from the door opening so as to enable entry into the cab through the door opening. The upper platform foot support, first stair member, and second stair member define a stairway leading to and from the door opening. A first plane intersects the upper platform foot support, the first stair, and the second stair. The first plane further intersects the door when the door is positioned in the second position. The first plane is spaced apart from the door when the door is positioned in the first position. The central longitudinal axis lies in a second plane. The first plane intersects the second plane to define an acute angle.

Cab entry system for a crop sprayer

A crop sprayer includes a pivoting axle suspension assembly that includes a bolster assembly secured between the frame rails of the main frame of the crop sprayer. The bolster assembly includes formed tube members that support a bearing structure for pivotably coupling a pivot pin of a pivot axle to the main frame. The tube members are curved downwardly from the main frame.

A crop sprayer comprises a main frame including a first elongated frame rail and a second elongated frame rail that are spaced apart from each other. A first elongated tank support is secured in fixed relation to the first elongated frame rail and includes a first elongated convex support surface. A second elongated tank support is secured in fixed relation to second elongated frame rail and includes a second elongated convex support surface. The second elongated tank support is spaced apart from the first elongated tank support to define a sump space therebetween. The crop sprayer includes a product tank defining a first cavity that is configured to contain a first quantity of fluid therein. The product tank includes i) a first elongated concave support surface, and ii) a second elongated concave support surface. The first elongated convex support surface is positioned in mating contact with the first elongated concave support surface. The second elongated convex support surface is positioned in mating contact with the second elongated concave support surface. The first elongated concave support surface and second elongated concave support surface define a product sump portion of the product tank. The product sump portion is at least partially positioned in the sump space.

Tank support assembly for a crop sprayer

The crop sprayer includes a cooling system that comprises a plurality of heat exchange units attached to a housing. The housing defines an air chamber. The heat exchange units are mounted over openings defined in the walls of the housing surrounding the chamber. A fan is mounted over fan opening defined in the housing to draw air from the chamber and create a pressure drop in front of the coolers. The pressure drop causes air to be drawn through the heat exchange units into the chamber.

Cooling system assembly for a crop sprayer

The crop sprayer includes a cab mounting assembly that includes a pair of support plates attached to the main frame of the crop sprayer. The support plates are cantilevered outwardly from the main frame with each support plate including a pair of cab support structures. The frame includes four frame attachment structures. The cab support structures and frame attachment structures have vibration-isolation members positioned therebetween. The cab support structures and frame attachment structures are angled so that the axes of the vibration-isolation members intersect at a vertical and center position within the cab.
