An embodiment of the invention includes a flying vehicle having a fuselage, a pair of wings, the ability to manually apply a force against a portion of the wings causing the leading edge of each wing to sweep outwardly, the ability to mechanically holding the wings in a predetermined swept position, and the ability to bias the wings towards an initial inwardly swept position. A launcher rod with a rubber band is used to launch the vehicle.

A toy vehicle which may have the capability to raise and lower a spin mechanism within the vehicle to lift the vehicle up off of a surface and spin the vehicle in a top-like manner when the spin mechanism is charged. The vehicle may further include a chassis with a cavity to house the spin mechanism and a release mechanism to direct the spin mechanism to lower a spin shaft below wheels on the vehicle. Energy may be generated in a power drive system and transferred to the vehicle via a transfer gear in the spin mechanism. Another embodiment of the vehicle may also transforms between multiple configurations, including a spinning top, and utilizes a launch mechanism to spin the vehicle in a top-like manner. This embodiment may further include a sliding front segment, a sliding rear segment, two sliding side segments and a receiving cavity. When the sliding front segment and rear segment move toward one another, the two side segments are pushed outward and direct a spin shaft downward to extend below the vehicle. Energy generated and stored in the power drive system may be transferred to the vehicle via the rotation of the launch shaft to spin the vehicle on the spin shaft.

Spinning toy vehicle and game

A transforming vehicle and launch system where the vehicle transforms between multiple configurations including a spinning top. The vehicle includes sliding front and rear segments, two sliding side segments and a receiving cavity. The launch mechanism includes a rotating launch shaft in communication with a power system and a release button. The power system includes the capability to generate and store energy. When the front and rear segments move toward one another, the two side segments are pushed outward directing a central shaft downward below the vehicle. The receiving cavity receives the launch shaft and transfers energy from the power system to the vehicle when it rotates. Energy generated and stored in the power system is transferred to the second configuration via the rotation of the launch shaft when a release button is triggered such that the vehicle separates and spins on the central shaft.

Transforming and spinning toy vehicle and game

A toy vehicle is provided with front and rear wheelbase mechanisms. Both are movably secured to a chassis, but the front mechanism moves two front segments positioned within two channels on the chassis and the rear mechanism moves a rear segment with a rear axle pivotally secured to a lower portion of the rear segment. The segments include rotatable wheels. There is also provided a motor and a clutch. The clutch is in communication with the front and rear wheelbase mechanisms. The motor when moved in a first direction engages the clutch to direct the front wheelbase mechanism to raise and lower the front segments. The motor when moved in a second direction engages the clutch to direct the rear wheelbase mechanism to raise and lower the rear segment and rear axle.

A toy figure with controlled motorized movements is provided having a head, two arms two legs and a tail which are pivotally and/or rotatably attached to a chassis. Mechanisms and electronics are included to move the head, arms, legs and tail in a variety of play patterns and movements.

The present invention provides for an interactive figure with several pivot regions in the ankles, knees and hips. Two drive mechanisms are housed within a base to drive movement of the lower portion of the figure while an additional drive mechanism is included within the torso of the doll to drive movement of the arms and head. Additionally, gear mechanisms are included within the base and the figure to transfer movement from the drive mechanisms to the figure along with various electronics. In response to a user's input or a preprogrammed play routine, the figure will respond with various movement and audio content.

A toy vehicle is provided having a wheel base, a chassis, and a cab. The wheel base has pairs of rear wheels. The chassis is attached to the wheel base about a horizontal rotational axis which is capable of raising and lowering the chassis from a first position to a second position. The cab is pivotally attached to the chassis such that the cab is able to remain in a substantially horizontal position when the chassis is moved. The cab further includes a pair of joints that secure arms, which have at the end a wheel. The joint enables the arms to move when the chassis moves. When moving the cab, the vehicle transforms between the first and second positions, where the wheels attached to the arms are able to move with the cab.

The present invention provides for an interactive figure with a head, body and waist cavities, arms, legs and two motorized wheelbases. The body and waist cavities include a gear mechanism. The motorized wheelbases control the movements of the interactive figure via a relationship between the gear mechanism and motors housed within the motorized wheelbases by distributing power to the motors based on a user's input or a preprogrammed response.

In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention a two-wheel vehicle is provided. The vehicle includes a pair of wheel housings, each wheel housing having an inner circumference and an outer circumference, and further having an annular gear rack being positioned on the inner circumference and a wheel secured on the outer circumference. A motor mechanism drives a gear train that is meshed to the annular gear racks. A chassis is connected to a frame and interconnects the pair of wheel housings to the frame such that the frame moves independently from the pair of wheel housings. A tilting mechanism tilts the frame about the chassis such that the vehicle turns in the direction of the tilt. A stabilizing mechanism, when the frame is tilting, counteracts the forces on the vehicle to assist in maintaining an upright position while the vehicle is turning.

In one embodiment, a pneumatic power-supply assembly includes a refillable chamber having an interior capable for holding a pressurized fluid, a vent, and a fluid inlet. A pressure release mechanism within the chamber permits the pressure within the chamber to vent, when the pressure exceeds a predetermined optimum pressure. A pneumatic motor is mounted within the chamber and includes an inlet in fluid communication with the interior of the chamber. The pneumatic motor utilizes the pressurized fluid within the interior of the chamber to drive a gear rotatably attached to the pneumatic motor. In addition, the gear rotates an axle rotatably attached to the chamber such that the when the assembly is attached to a pneumatic operated device the rotatable axle may be used by the pneumatically operated device. In addition, a external pump is attached to the fluid inlet to continually recharge the chamber.

A universal chassis which may be assembled with modular componentry allowing for a play pattern with the user in which modification of the overall construction of the vehicle is encouraged. The modularity is purposely built in to allow users to modify their Battlebot chassis. In operating the configured vehicle, two motors, i.e., left and right, are provided with pulsed controlled operation to facilitate two-speed performance. The ability to transmit/receive IR signals modulated on one or more of multiple carriers facilitates the play pattern with simultaneous operation of multiple vehicles. An impact sensor or the like provides for detecting impacts, and processor control may be used for counting impacts in order to modify the functionality accorded to the user with the universal chassis. The mechanical subassemblies (such as weaponry providing a play pattern as between remote control vehicles operable simultaneously such that overall functionality) may be removed or limited based on collisions or damages taken on by the vehicles.

This invention is a toy projectile launcher that launches projectiles. The launcher includes a housing having an entrance and an exit in communication therewith to define a channel, a pair of flywheels supported by the housing and positioned about and in communication with the channel, and a pump handle for rotating the flywheels such that a projectile entering the channel may be engaged by the rotating flywheels and impelled through the channel and out through the exit.

The present invention describes a portable simulation game apparatus that permits a user operating the game apparatus to move or control a three dimensional object. The movement or current position of the three dimensional object is sensed by a plurality of sensors and transmitted to a circuit board or a control means. The control means may then relate the movement or position of the three dimensional object to pre-programmed images displayed in front of the three dimensional object, on a display means. Typically, the pre-programmed images being displayed represent a race or a track for which the three dimensional object, being a vehicle, may interact therewith. To move the three dimensional object, the user tilts or moves the game apparatus in a specific direction the user wants the object to move.

Portable simulation game apparatus

In accordance with the present invention, there is provided an interactive posable toy that when positioned in various configurations, emits electronic sounds and/or produces motions indicative of such configurations. The posable toy includes a head pivotally attached to an upper torso. The upper torso is also pivotally attached to a mid-section, which is further pivotally attached to a lower torso. The arms and legs of the posable toy are pivotally and/or rotatably attached to the upper torso and lower torso, via shoulder and hip joints, respectively. The posable toy also includes a motor coupled a pair of cams. When activated, one of the cams laterally rocks the upper torso while the other cam tilts the mid-section relative to the lower torso. Positioned within each joint are means for triggering responses to specific positions of the arms and legs. A PC board is coupled to the triggering means as well as a power source, the motor and a speaker unit. The PC board upon receiving responses from the triggering means controls the motor to produce movement through the cams to the upper torso and mid-section. Moreover, the PC board also produces sounds through the speaker unit indicative of the specific positions of the posable toy.
