The present disclosure relates generally to the field of minimally invasive catheter-based devices and procedures for the removal of necrotic debris. In particular, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods for the removal of necrotic debris from within a walled off necrosis without disrupting or damaging the tissue wall of the necrotic pocket.

The present disclosure relates generally to medical devices and procedures for placement of a medical device between adjacent tissue structures. The present disclosure relates to medical devices that that include the following: a flexible elongate tube having a proximal end and a distal end configured to be directed toward an opening of a body lumen; a first lumen extending from the distal end of the tube proximally along the tube and having a fluid connection for a fluid source at its proximal end; a second lumen extending from the distal end of the tube proximally along the tube, the second lumen configured to accept a guidewire extending along the second lumen; and a wire filament extending along the elongate tube, a distal end of the filament connected to the distal end of the elongate tube, a proximal portion of the wire extending at least partially along the elongate tube, and a distal portion of the wire extending external to the elongate tube.

Devices, systems and methods for accessing a body lumen

Embodiments of the disclosure are drawn to a medical device delivery system. The system may include a shaft having a proximal end and a distal end. The device may also include a visualization system at a distal region of the shaft. The system may further include at least one latching structure configured to extend beyond the distal end of the shaft and retract within the distal region of the shaft and at least one advancement mechanism configured to extend beyond the distal end of the shaft to pull the shaft in a distal direction.

Medical device delivery system and methods of use

According to aspects of the present disclosure, a system for visualizing a target area may include an elongate shaft. The elongate shaft may include a distal portion, a lumen that extends longitudinally through the distal portion, and an opening at the distal end of the distal portion. The opening may be in communication with the lumen. The system also may include a visualization assembly housed within the distal portion of the elongate shaft. The visualization assembly may include a transducer array having a field of view in which the transducer array transceives sound waves. The field of view of the transducer array may cover at least part of the distal portion of the elongate shaft and the target area to facilitate visualization of the part of the distal portion of the elongate shaft and the target area.
