Systems and methods are provided for dynamically grouping data analysis content derived from a plurality of sensors. In one embodiment, a plurality of sensors can be disposed on a plurality of machine trains or one or more machines within the plurality of machine trains configured in an industrial environment. A communication circuit can be operatively coupled to the plurality of sensors and configured to communicate data measured by the plurality of sensors, and a dynamic graphical user interface (GUI) can be provided on a touchscreen display and can be configured to dynamically generate one or more visualizations of the measured data. A processor can be configured to receive the measured data via the communication circuit, to generate a plurality of measurements based on the measured data, and to operatively control the dynamic GUI in response to a grouping mode selection.

Systems and methods for dynamically grouping data analysis content

Systems and methods are provided for determining a route plan identifying a list of assets for which additional sensor data is to be acquired. A condition monitoring system can be communicatively coupled to sensors which are interfaced to assets in a collection of assets. Accordingly, the assets can be monitored for fault conditions associated with operating parameters of the assets. Based on a fault condition alarm generated for an asset, route plan input can be received by the condition monitoring system. The route plan input can be processed to determine a route plan based on matching condition monitoring attributes in the route plan input with condition monitoring attributes associated with the assets in the collection of assets. The route plan can identify a list of assets for which additional sensor data can be collected.

Systems and methods are provided for dynamically grouping data analysis content derived from a plurality of sensors. In one embodiment, a plurality of sensors can be disposed on a plurality of machine trains or one or more components within the plurality of machine trains, each machine train including one or more machines configured to operate in an industrial environment. A communication circuit can be operatively coupled to the plurality of sensors and configured to communicate data measured by the plurality of sensors, and a graphical user interface (GUI) can be configured to generate one or more visualizations of the measured data. A processor can be configured to receive the measured data via the communication circuit, to generate a plurality of measurements based on the measured data, and to operatively control the GUI.

Methods and systems are provided for event list management. In one embodiment, the method can include accessing data characterizing an operation of a machine. The data can include time durations of a plurality of events associated with the operation of the machine. The plurality of events can share a property. The method can include displaying a first view of the accessed data in a graphical display. The method can also include receiving data characterizing a user input indicative of a view change request. The method can further include determining an aggregate operation time and a number of occurrences of the plurality of events. The method can also include replacing, in the graphical display, the first view with a second view. The second view can include a single visual representation for the plurality of events. The single visual representation can include the determined aggregate operation time and the number of occurrences.

Event list management system

A system includes components in an industrial environment that include an asset and a monitoring device that monitors the asset. The system also includes processors communicatively coupled to each component. The processors receive a dataset associated with each component that includes a data point associated with a respective component, a measurement associated with the data point, and an alarm status associated with the respective component. The processors also generate a first list of the components in a first portion of a graphical user interface. The processors further receive a selection of a first component. The processors also generate a second list of the data point associated with the first component, the measurement associated with the data point, and the alarm status associated with the first component, in a second portion of the graphical user interface.

A method for grouping content displayed on a graphical user interface may include displaying selectable components that correspond to types of measurement data associated with a device or a component within the device. The method may then include receiving a selection of one of the selectable components, such that the one of the selectable components corresponds to a portion of the measurement data. The method may then receive a grouping mode input to specify characteristics for display of the portion of the data as data processing outputs. The method may then include displaying the data processing outputs associated with the selection, such that each respective data processing output may include visualizations associated with datasets of the portion of the measurement data. The respective visualizations of the respective data processing output may be displayed together based on an association between the respective datasets and the grouping mode input.

Data can be received indicating an occurrence of an alarm in an industrial machine monitoring system, the alarm triggered in response to machine operation satisfying a condition. A notification plan associated with the alarm can be accessed. The notification plan can specify parameters for contacting a user in response to the occurrence of the alarm. The notification plan can specify a time delay. A notification can be generated after elapse of at least the time delay. The generating can be according to the notification plan. A system for dynamically controlling content displayed on a condition monitoring system may include a processor that may receive one or more datasets associated with one or more components in an industrial environment. The system may also include a graphical user interface (GUI) that may display visualizations representing the components in a first portion of the GUI. The GUI may then receive a first selection of the visualizations and display data processing outputs associated with the first selection in a second portion of the GUI. There, the data processing outputs may be determined based on a first dataset that corresponds to a first component associated with the first selection. The GUI may then receive a second selection of the visualizations and may dynamically update the data processing outputs based on a second dataset that corresponds to a second component.

Systems and methods for dynamically controlling content displayed on a condition monitoring system

A method includes collecting a data for a time from sensors to a fixed monitoring system. The fixed monitoring system is fixedly coupled to a turbo-machinery and the sensors are configured to monitor the turbo-machinery, also, the time comprises at least one week. The method also includes recovering the data by coupling a portable machinery monitor to the fixed monitoring system and retrieving the data into the portable machinery monitor. The method also includes analyzing the data to determine one or more machinery conditions. The analyzing the data comprises analyzing the data via the portable machinery monitor, an external system, or any combination thereof.

Systems and methods for storage and analysis of periodic waveform data

Embodiments of a condition monitoring system and method provide an interface with visual aids that facilitate diagnosis of problems on an asset (e.g., a turbine, motor, pump, etc.). In one embodiment, the visual aids display fault data that corresponds to a fault condition such as bearing failure and/or shaft misalignment. The fault data is collected by sensors on the asset and processed by the condition monitoring system for use with the interface. In one example, the interface can include one or more icons, which represent fault conditions for the asset, and which an end user may select to display the visual aids on the interface. Selection amongst the different icons will change the visuals aid, the fault data, and other aspects of the interface to enable diagnosis and promote effective maintenance of the asset.

Condition monitoring system and method

An insulated accelerometer assembly is provided for attachment to a vibrated component. A base has a portion for engagement and connection with the vibrated component and to transmit vibration. An accelerometer senses vibration and is located at least partially within the base. A housing at least partially encloses the accelerometer and inhibits voltage discharge, corona damage, and voltage tracking on the accelerometer. The housing is made of an insulating material and has an interior for the accelerometer. The housing has a plurality of raised fins on the exterior. A mounting cap also inhibits voltage discharge, corona damage, and voltage tracking and secures the housing. The mounting cap is made of insulating material and has an exterior that includes a plurality of raised fins. A cable has an electrically conductive wire and has a shield to inhibit electrical noise.
