Disclosed is a method for producing a web () comprising at least one protective layer (), at least one functional layer (), and at least one reinforcement layer (). The reinforcement layer () is provided with greater tear strength than the protective layer () while the reinforcement layer () is glued to the functional layer () or the protective layer (). According to the inventive method, the functional layer () is welded together with at least one protective layer () on at least one side by means of heat lamination in order to produce a prelaminate (), and the obtained prelaminate () is then glued to the reinforcement layer ().

Method for the production of a web

A method is provided for the production of an active-breathing composite in the form of a web, consisting of a nonwoven made of synthetic material and a layer fully or mainly consisting of polyurethane for utilization as counter ceiling webs for roofs and as facade webs. PU or a mixture of materials with a high fraction of PU is heated to melting temperature and extruded on a nonwoven made of PP in order to form a diffusion-open coating of the PP nonwoven and then pressing the PP nonwoven in order to form an active-breathing composite.
