A hydraulic unit for a slip-controlled brake system, the simulator receiving hole of which is aligned transversely to a master cylinder hole in a receiving body of the hydraulic unit, thus enabling a section of the simulator to be received in a cap of a control unit.

A brake cylinder arrangement has a brake cylinder, a pressure sensor, and a pressure reducer, wherein the pressure reducer transfers pressures from the brake cylinder to the pressure sensor differently, depending on the input pressure range. The invention furthermore relates to a braking system having a brake cylinder arrangement of this kind.

To check the functionality/leak-tightness of a brake-by-wire brake system, a motor-operated brake pressure transducer is actuated. In this case, a pressure medium would flow out into a reservoir via a master brake cylinder. A diagnostic valve is therefore provided between the master brake cylinder and the reservoir, which diagnostic valve is composed of a check valve and a restrictor connected in parallel with respect to the check valve. The outflow of pressure medium is limited by the restrictor. Because the gradient of the pressure dissipation can be calculated, a measured pressure build-up can be compared with that which is to be expected, and a determination of functionality/leak-tightness can be derived from the comparison.

A hydraulic control housing of modular construction consists of a first block, in which a compression chamber is formed, and a second block, which has a port to a reservoir. The compression chamber is connected to the reservoir via a duct extending through the control housing. A check valve is arranged in that duct section of the duct which extends through the first block.

The invention relates to a motor-pump unit for a motor vehicle brake system, comprising a motor and a pump which is provided with a shaft that is driven by said motor, with the shaft end being rotatably mounted by means of at least one bearing in an accommodating member having valves and connecting channels, said shaft driving displacement means which are disposed in a chamber that can be filled with pressure fluid. In order to improve vacuum filling of the brake system with pressure fluid, the invention discloses that the shaft end terminates into a free space, and that at least one connection is provided between the free space and the chamber.

Motor-pump unit

The invention relates to a pressure sensor module, in particular for electrohydraulic brake system, with several pressure sensors arranged in a sensor housing that is connected with its flange surface to the mounting surface of a hydraulic housing in such a fashion that several pressure ducts arranged in the sensor housing and in the hydraulic housing are interconnected. The invention discloses that a cylindrical element provided with two fastening sections is arranged between the flange surface and the mounting surface, with the first fastening section being operatively and/or positively connected to the sensor housing, while the second fastening section is operatively and/or positively connected to the hydraulic housing.
