An endoluminal graft includes a tubular graft material having a closed sleeve integral with the tubular graft material. The closed sleeve extends a distance along the tubular graft material. A length of wire extends at least partially along the distance and is enclosed by the sleeve. The tubular graft material and the sleeve may comprise a single piece of graft material. The sleeve may be a closed circumferential sleeve and/or a closed longitudinal sleeve.

A tubular graft may include a first woven layer, where the first woven layer forms a first side of the tubular graft; a second woven layer, where the second woven layer forms a second side of the tubular graft; and a tapered portion having an edge, where the edge connects the first woven layer and the second woven layer, where the tapered portion includes a first weft thread, a second weft thread, and a third weft thread, and where a floating portion of a first warp end extends from the first weft thread to the third weft thread such that the floating portion bypasses the second weft thread.

An implantable graft may include a main section having walls formed with a woven fabric, the main section having a main lumen extending therethrough. The implantable graft may also include a bifurcated section having walls formed with the woven fabric, where the bifurcated section extends from main section, where the bifurcated section includes a first branch and a second branch, and where the first branch and the second branch each include a branch lumen in fluid communication with the main lumen. At least one branch of the bifurcated section may include a branch taper formed by a seam connecting a first woven layer and a second woven layer. A seam extension may extend outwardly along the seam of the branch taper, the seam extension being a single-layer woven structure.

The present embodiments provide delivery systems for facilitating orientation of a prosthesis in a bodily passage. In one example, a system comprises an inner cannula having proximal and distal regions, and further comprises an atraumatic tip having a proximal end, a distal end, and a central region disposed therebetween. At least a portion of the atraumatic tip may be coupled to the proximal region of the inner cannula. A plurality of orientation struts are provided having a retracted delivery state, an expanded deployed state, and a retracted withdrawal state. The plurality of orientation struts each have apices that are oriented proximally relative to the atraumatic tip in the retracted delivery state, are oriented radially outward relative to the atraumatic tip in the expanded deployed state, and are oriented distally relative to the atraumatic tip in the retracted withdrawal state.

A second woven layer may forma a second side of the tubular graft, where the second woven layer has a set of second warp ends, and where the second warp ends are distinct from the first warp ends. A woven pocket flap may extend from the first woven layer, where a pocket opening is defined between the woven pocket flap and the first woven layer, and where the woven pocket flap includes at least one common weft yarn with the first woven layer.

In one aspect, fluid flow control systems, such as for medical applications, may include a resistance barrier and a flexible ring that may receive a device. The resistance barrier may exert barrier forces on the device, and the flexible ring may exert ring forces on the device, in order to create a fluid tight seal.
