Further provided are irradiated and non-irradiated immortalized human stromal cells that synthesize cytokines, such as, IL-7, IL-8, IL-11, FLT3L, SCF, LIF, M-CSF, TGF-beta 1, GM-CSF, MIP-1alpha, G-CSF, and MCP-1.
