Disclosed is a dual pump with priming reservoir assembly for dispensing a fluid chemical at a low flow rate into a substance with which the fluids is to be mixed. It includes adjacent primary and secondary piston-type pumps and a separation chamber or priming reservoir. The primary pump has a discharge capacity in substantial excess of the final dispensing fluid flow rate. The suction side of this pump is connected to a remote source of chemical fluid to be dispensed. The discharge line of the primary pump and the suction side of the secondary pump communicate with the reservoir. The discharge side of the secondary pump is connected to the dispensing line and its output is adjusted to provide the desired, accurately metered dispensing fluid flow.

Disclosed is a fog generating apparatus having adjustable metering valve in which the liquid atomized at the nozzle of the apparatus is drawn past a valve opening of adjustable size and flows through the cooperating valve stem to a conduit leading to the atomizing nozzle.

Fog generating apparatus

Disclosed is a portable, pulse-jet engine powered fog producing device in which the valve controlling the flow of the fluid forming the fog is of simplified construction utilizing a mating conical cavity and a conical, resilient valve member which is also provided with an integral shoulder forming a dynamic seal for the valve stem with respect to the valve body. A manual lever, having a unidirectional connection to the valve stem, has a locking and 'dead man' feature.

Pulse fog generator

Disclosed is a portable, pulse-jet engine powered fog producing device in which the hot engine components are mounted on one side of a vertical plate and the fuel and insecticide supply tanks are mounted on the opposite side of the plate and in which the engine components are formed to utilize natural convection currents to rapidly cool the engine after shut-down.
