A corkscrew includes a main body, a grip moveably connected with the main body, a lever moveably connected with the main body, a worm operably connected with the lever, and a wrapper cutter detachably connected with the main body. The grip and the main body define a space configured to receive a neck of an associated bottle, such as a wine bottle. The worm connects with the lever such that movement of the lever results in movement of the worm. The wrapper cutter includes a cutting element for cutting a wrapper surrounding the neck of the associated bottle.

A media portal for a vehicle includes a structure within a vehicle passenger compartment that defines a cavity. The cavity is selectively variable in size in order to retain a portable electronic device. A sensor is configured to detect the presence of the portable electronic device in the cavity. An inductive charger is positioned to generate a changing magnetic field in the cavity to inductively charge a battery of the portable electronic device. At least one user interface device is included through which data can be received from or transmitted to the portable electronic device.

A telecommunications patching system includes: a carrier having a generally vertically disposed carrier panel, the carrier panel including a cutout area; and a plurality of patching modules. Each of the patching modules has a main panel and a plurality of telecommunications connectors mounted thereon. The patching modules are inserted into the cutout area so that the main panels thereof are substantially parallel to each other, and so that the main panels define an oblique angle relative to vertical. In such a configuration port density can be increased over typical systems.
