A cargo rack for a utility task vehicle that includes a cargo bed that is fastenable to a bed of a utility task vehicle and side supports that are fastenable both to the cargo bed of the cargo rack and to the utility task vehicle. The cargo rack has an up position and a down position when fastened to the bed of the utility task vehicle. The side supports are fastened to the cargo bed and to the utility task vehicle when the cargo rack is in the up position, but the cargo bed is fastened to the bed of the utility task vehicle without the side supports when the cargo rack is in the down position.

A multi-gate and multi-positional tailgate including a main gate, an intermediate gate pivotably mounted to the main gate, and a drop gate pivotably mounted to the intermediate gate. The intermediate gate has multiple locked positions and has a 270-degree range of motion relative to the main gate. The drop gate has multiple locked positions and has a 90-degree range of motion relative to the intermediate gate.

A guide arm for a gang sawmill is provided adjacent to an inlet of a gang saw and is movable about a pivot pin depending on the actual curvature of a cant to adjust (continuously or fixed) the position of an incoming cant to maximize the yield of usable boards produced by the gang saw by moving the cant relative to the saw as a conveyor feeds the cant through the gang saw.

A spiked H-style link for a sharp chain conveyor where the single centrally-placed saddle of the prior art is replaced by a double saddle with a centrally-located opening shaped to receive a sprocket tooth. The double saddle moves each saddle outward from the central portion of the spiked link to enhance the rigidity of the legs between which the connecting pins act. The legs are provided with a thickened offset step on the lower inner portion of each leg. There is a corresponding decrease in the thickness of the legs in the region where the connecting link works. By decreasing the thickness of the legs in the region outside the offset step, the connecting link may be widened, allowing for a greater bearing surface on the connecting pin and thus reducing the rate of wear on the connecting pin.
