In one embodiment, a seeding implement control system includes a controller including a memory and a processor. The controller is configured to receive a first signal indicative of a target extension length of an actuator. The actuator is configured to control a ground engaging tool of a row unit. The actuator is also configured to position a lower surface of a blade of the ground engaging tool a target distance above a soil surface while the actuator is extended to the target extension length. The controller is further configured to store the target extension length in a memory device of the controller. The controller is configured to instruct the actuator to transition to the target extension length in response to receiving a second signal indicative of transitioning the ground engaging tool to a disengaged position.

Independent ground engaging tool depth control

A particulate material leveling system includes an agitating system disposed within a storage tank for a particulate material. The agitating system includes a drive system and a shaft coupled to the drive system. Further, the drive system drives the shaft to rotate about a central axis. The agitating system also includes a wrapped wire coupled to the shaft. The wrapped wire extends around the shaft along a helical path in an axial direction and a circumferential direction, and the wrapped wire moves the particulate material in the axial direction in response to rotation of the shaft in a first direction about the central axis.

System for leveling particulate material

A system for adjusting penetration depth settings of seed planting units of an agricultural implement, the system may include a plurality of seed planting units and a common drive assembly. Each of the seed planting units may have a depth adjustment assembly. The common drive assembly may be configured to drive the depth adjustment assemblies of the plurality of seed planting units so as to simultaneously adjust a penetration depth setting of each respective seed planting unit.

Depth adjustment system for seed planting units of an agricultural implement and related assemblies

A seed planting unit of an agricultural implement may include a depth adjustment assembly having a cam member and a depth adjustment gear rotatably coupled to the cam member. The cam member may be configured to be rotated to adjust a vertical position of a wheel of the unit relative to a ground engaging tool of the unit. The seed planting unit may also include an actuating member configured to rotationally drive the depth adjustment gear. The depth adjustment gear and the actuating member include interlocking engagement elements, such that when the actuating member is rotated, the cam member is rotated relative to the support structure to vary the penetration depth setting for the ground engaging tool.

A constraint assembly is provided to support a series of hoses associated with operation of an agricultural implement with a telescoping tongue assembly. The telescoping tongue assembly includes at least one telescoping arm configured to move between an extended and a retracted position in telescoping relation to a fixed tongue arm of the agricultural implement. The constraint assembly generally includes a first linkage and a second linkage. The first linkage includes a first end pivotally connected to the fixed tongue arm. The second linkage includes a first end pivotally connected to a second end of the first linkage. A second end of the second linkage is pivotally connected to the telescoping tongue arm of the telescoping tongue assembly. The constraint assembly is configured to take up the slack generated in flexible lines as the telescoping tongue arm moves between the extended and the retracted position.
