A plunger assembly of a drug solution dosage device includes a feed screw including a male thread portion and an extending portion, a first plunger including a first female thread portion, a second plunger including a nut accommodating portion, a nut member including a second female thread portion, and a base portion that guides the second plunger. The nut accommodating portion accommodates the nut member so that the nut member is non-rotatable and movable in an axial direction.

Plunger assembly, drug solution dosage device, and driving method of plunger assembly

A drug solution injection device is provided with a barrel, a gasket, and a plunger mechanism. The plunger mechanism is provided with a rotation member, a first moving member, and a second moving member. The plunger mechanism is configured to perform a first extension operation and a second extension operation. In the first extension operation, the first moving member advances to a predetermined position with respect to the rotation member and the second moving member in conjunction with rotation of the rotation member. In the second extension operation, the second moving member advances with respect to the rotation member together with the first moving member after the first extension operation, in conjunction with rotation of the rotation member.

Liquid medicine administration device

A syringe assembly includes a barrel having a barrel tip portion, a puncture needle projecting from the barrel tip portion, and a cap that is detachably mountable to the barrel so as to seal a distal end of a needle hole. The cap has a receiving hole that receives the puncture needle, a bottom wall portion into which the puncture needle is inserted, and a stopper portion that defines an insertion length of the puncture needle relative to the bottom wall portion. In a state in which the cap is mounted to the barrel, the length from the most proximal position of a contact region between the cap and the puncture needle to the most proximal position of an edge surface is 1 to 3 mm.

A puncture assisting device includes a pair of plate-like pinching portions that face each other, and that are attached to each other so as to be openable and closeable; a biasing portion that biases the pair of pinching portions to be in a closed position; a pair of gripping portions configured to operate the pair of pinching portions to be in an open position; and a rod insertion portion that is disposed between the pair of pinching portions, the rod insertion portion being configured such that a rod portion of a syringe is insertable into the rod insertion portion to widen a gap between the pair of pinching portions.

The operation unit has a first contact portion and the structure has a second contact portion, the contact portions being configured to come into contact with each other when the operation unit moves toward the structure in the distal direction.
