Provided is a system for electro-hydraulic control of hydraulic pipeline rupture protection based on differential pressure feedback, which relates to the field of hydraulic control technology. The system comprises a hydraulic actuation system and a controller system. The controller system comprises a differential pressure feedback loop and a flow rate diagnostic loop. The differential pressure feedback loop is configured to obtain a flow rate signal within a hydraulic pipeline and determine a proportional signal. The flow rate diagnostic loop is configured to receive the proportional signal, and in response to determining that a duration for which the proportional signal remains outside a threshold range reaches a preset safety duration, cut off an actuating end of the hydraulic actuation system to achieve pipeline rupture protection.

Systems for electro-hydraulic control of hydraulic pipeline rupture protection based on differential pressure feedback

A method for fault diagnosis of a pressure sensor of an electro-hydraulic system with an explicit controller and an implicit controller in parallel is provided. The method may include receiving parameter information of the electro-hydraulic system; estimating a first chamber pressure of the hydraulic actuator online by utilizing a second chamber pressure of the hydraulic actuator; obtaining valve opening signals of the explicit controller and the implicit controller in a valve controller; converting the valve opening signals are difference-calculated to obtain two residual signals; and the residuals of an independent metering valveand an independent metering valveare compared with a preset threshold, respectively, to identify whether the independent metering valveand the independent metering valveare faulty or not. The method is simple to operate, has a fast response time and low cost for troubleshooting, and improves the diagnostic accuracy and coverage of the electro-hydraulic system.

Methods for fault diagnosis of pressure sensor of electro-hydraulic system with explicit controller and implicit controller in parallel

The disclosure provides a flow self-compensating load sensing pump/valve coordinated electro-hydraulic system, including a prime mover, an electronically controlled variable pump, a flow control valve, a hydraulic actuator, a shuttle valve, an electronic control joystick, a bypass control valve, two pressure sensors, a bypass throttle valve, and a control system, where an oil outlet of the shuttle valve is connected to a right spring chamber of the bypass control valve, a left chamber and an oil inlet of the bypass control valve are connected to an oil outlet of the electronically controlled variable pump, an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the bypass throttle valve are connected to an oil outlet of the bypass control valve and an oil tank, two ends of the oil inlet and the oil outlet of the bypass throttle valve are provided with the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor, respectively.

Flow self-compensating load sensing pump/valve coordinated electro-hydraulic system and control method

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a terminal force soft-sensing method of a hydraulic manipulator. The method includes: establishing a dynamic model of the hydraulic manipulator, performing linearization processing on the dynamic model, and establishing a minimum inertial parameter set of the hydraulic manipulator and a linear model of a regression matrix corresponding to the minimum inertial parameter set; generating an excitation trajectory by solving a finite Fourier series coefficient; determining a hydraulic driving torque by collected values of pressure sensors of two chambers of hydraulic cylinders when controlling the hydraulic manipulator to operate the excitation trajectory under a no-load condition; determining a total regression matrix by bringing joint angles, joint angular velocities, and joint angular accelerations at each moment into the regression matrix; and determining dynamic parameters of the hydraulic manipulator based on the hydraulic driving torque and the regression matrix.
