A brake system, brake regulating method and device for a rail vehicle use an input for a target deceleration value (ä), an input for an actual deceleration value (a), and an output for a deceleration control variable value. The deceleration control variable value (a) is set by a regulating unit to minimize a deviation between the actual deceleration value (a) and the target deceleration value (a). The brake regulating device uses a limiting device, which limits the deceleration control variable value (a) independently of the regulating unit such that the deceleration control variable value (a) deviates from the target deceleration value (a) maximally by a maximum negative control stroke to lower values or maximally by a maximum positive control stroke to higher values. The invention additionally relates to a braking method and a brake system for a rail vehicle.

A brake lining for a disc brake includes a distribution of lining elements which are arranged on a lining support or on group supports in groups, and the group supports are secured to the lining support. The lining elements have first lining elements and second lining elements, and the group supports have a first group support and a second group support. The first lining elements are arranged on the first group support or on the lining support in a non-tiltable and/or inflexible manner, and the second lining elements are arranged on the second group support or on the lining in a tiltable and/or flexible manner.

Brake lining for disc brakes of rail vehicles

A method for determining a braking torque on a braking system for a rail vehicle. The braking system associated with at least one wheel or at least one wheelset includes at least one brake disc for generating a braking force in response to at least one brake signal, at least one brake lining interacting with the brake disc and a brake caliper connected to the brake lining and a brake housing and a securing bracket. The brake caliper is mounted together with a brake housing in at least one first bearing point and a second bearing point, the second bearing point is at a distance from the first bearing point at a predefined bearing distance, a first sensor for providing a first measuring signal and a second sensor for providing a second measuring signal are arranged on the brake housing or between the housing and the bracket.
