The present invention provides an antibiofouling composition, an antibiofouling membrane and a method for forming the same. The antibiofouling composition comprises a copolymer and at least one solvent. The copolymer comprises at least one hydrophobic segment and at least one antibiofouling segment where the hydrophobic segment comprises a plurality of hydrophobic moieties and the antibiofouling segment comprises a plurality of antibiofouling moieties. The molar ratio of the total of hydrophobic moieties to the total of the antibiofouling moieties is 0.5&#x2dc;6.0.

A dental care product comprises an orally acceptable carrier or excipient, and a bacterial resistance copolymer, which comprises a zwitterionic block and a charged anchoring block, wherein the anchoring block binds to tooth surfaces by electrostatic attraction, and the zwitterionic block extends outwardly to reduce the attachment of bacteria to tooth surfaces.

The present invention discloses a method for forming a low biofouling filtration membrane. First, an ozone treatment is performed to a fluorine-based porous membrane to introduce peroxides on surface. Afterwards, a first grafting polymerization is initiated from the peroxides, and functional monomers are polymerized to introduce halide groups on surface. Finally, a second grafting polymerization is initiated from the halide groups, and macro-monomers are polymerized to introduce zwitterionic group on surface, so as to form the low biofouling filtration membrane.
