A cooperative control module, an adaptive cruise system and a control method thereof, and a vehicle are provided. The adaptive cruise system comprises a vehicle sensor module, a driving environment intelligent sensing module, a vehicle state response estimation module, an adaptive cruise and controllable suspension cooperative control module, and a power control module. The control method of adaptive cruise is optional, one is according to the cruise speed set by the driver, and the other one is according to the cruise comfort set by the driver. In the case of adaptive cruising according to cruise comfort, the optimal cruise speed is intelligently calculated by the adaptive cruise and controllable suspension system based on driving conditions and driver's demands. The controllable suspension is controlled cooperatively during cruising, and the suspension control parameters are adaptively switched according to the performance requirements of the vehicle under different driving conditions.

Provided is a hybrid electromagnetic suspension capable of self-powering and a control method thereof. The hybrid electromagnetic suspension includes an integrated structure of linear motor and cylinder block of equivalent hydraulic damper, a suspension spring, a connecting pipeline, a hydraulic rectifier bridge, an accumulator, a hydraulic motor and a rotary motor. The upper and lower chambers of the working cylinder, the lower chamber of working cylinder and oil storage cylinder are connected through the hydraulic rectifier bridge and the pipeline. The control has three modes including passive mode, semi-active mode and active mode. The ECU detects the road level according to the received sensor signal, and switches to the corresponding mode to control the suspension according to obtained road level, so as to obtain the optimal suspension performance under each road level. In the device of the invention, the linear motor and the equivalent hydraulic damper recover the vibration energy together in the case of good road condition; the linear motor and the equivalent hydraulic damper attenuate the suspension vibration together in the case of poor road surface, and at the same time the equivalent hydraulic damper also recovers the vibration energy, thus the self-powering can be realized.

A control method for hybrid electromagnetic suspension. The method provides four modes for hybrid electromagnetic suspension: a comfort mode, a sport mode, a combined mode, and an energy feedback mode. A driver can switch between the four modes as desired. For the comfort, sport, and combined modes, hybrid control is adopted, and two sub-modes are provided: an active control mode and a semi-active control mode. A switching condition between the two sub-modes is determined by using a novel parameter Cand comparing the same against a maximum equivalent electromagnetic damping coefficient Cof a linear motor. The present invention solves the problem of achieving a balance between suspension comfort and tire traction, and meets the demands of different operating conditions and users by enabling manual mode switching. In addition, the hybrid control is employed to solve the problems of high energy consumption of active suspension and limited control performance of semi-active suspension, thus ensuring good kinematic performance of automobile suspension while reducing energy consumption. Provided is a damper for a semi-active energy regenerative suspension based on hybrid excitation. The damper includes: an upper lifting lug, a dustcover, a lower lifting lug, a hydraulic shock absorber, and a hybrid excitation mechanism, wherein the hydraulic shock absorber is configured to provide a constant viscous damping coefficient, and wherein the hybrid excitation mechanism is configured to generate an adjustable electromagnetic damping force, to transform the vibration energy into electrical energy, and to storage the electrical energy. Also provided is a method for determining the sizes of the damper. The damper which has a simple structure, balances the vibration isolation property and energy regenerative property of the vehicle suspension, and provides a fail-safe function. Furthermore, the method for determining the sizes of the damper is easy and practical to implement, has definite steps and produces drastically optimized results.

A passive skyhook and groundhook damping vibration isolation system and a method for determining parameters thereof, which utilize the anti-resonance of an 'inerter (b1, b2)-spring (k, k)-mass (m, m)' vibration state converting system to convert the resonance of the isolated mass into the resonance of the inerter, thus eliminating the resonance of the isolated mass, is provided. A damper spans and is connected in parallel to the inerter, preventing the damper from spanning and being connected in parallel to the isolated mass. The damper is not required to connect to an inertial reference frame, and the vibration of the isolated mass is suppressed.
