A cloud server platform end is used to construct a mass spectrum species classification model, extract a mass spectrum data feature, and construct a training model of the convolutional neural network; a user platform end is used to upload the mass spectrum, experiment condition and device data, directly screen and identify the type of the mass spectrum based on the mass spectrum species classification model or the mass spectrum information base, automatically compare and identify the species and name of the pesticides based on the neural network model trained by the cloud server platform end, and feedback the comparison result to the user. The disclosure solves the restriction on the purchase of standards for user, the use of the system is not limited by the location, and the pesticide residues could be detected automatically, quickly and accurately.

Cloud-platform based automatic identification system and method of seven types of mass spectrums for pesticides and chemical pollutants commonly used in the world

Disclosed is a pesticide residue detection data platform based on high resolution mass spectrum, the Internet and data science, and a method for automatically generating a detection report. The platform includes allied laboratories, a detection result database of the allied laboratories, four basic sub-databases, a data collection system and an intelligent data analysis system. The intelligent analysis system reads data according to conditions set by a user, performs various statistical analyses according to a statistical analysis model, generates charts, obtains a comprehensive conclusion, and returns an analysis result to the client ends of the allied laboratories.

Disclosed is an electronic ID database and detection method for pesticide compounds in edible agro-products based on GC-Q-Orbitrap. The electronic ID database includes a collection of various pesticide compounds electronic ID information and is sorted according to retention time in the electronic ID. The electronic ID contains pesticide compounds information, retention time, mass spectrum, fragment ions information and intelligent matching value. The detection method includes sample pretreatment procedures, setting GC-Q-Orbitrap operating conditions and screening procedures for pesticide residues in samples, wherein setting GC-Q-Orbitrap operating conditions includes setting suitable chromatography and mass spectrometry conditions. In pesticide residue screening procedures, firstly, the retention time is used to find out pesticide compounds in electronic ID database. If there is a match, the corresponding electronic ID information is extracted. Then the intelligent matching value is compared, if it is less than threshold value, the result is recorded and displayed, and the screening is completed.

A method of online tracing pesticide residues and visualizing an warning on the basis of high resolution mass spectrum, the Internet and geographic information. Among the problems in data analysis on pesticide residue detection for edible agricultural products, problems such as multiple data dimensions, complex data relationships, and requirements for high accuracy of analysis are difficult to solve at present. Thus, a cross-field technology combining three different elements, high resolution mass spectrum, the Internet and geographic information, is adopted and a data collection and intelligent analysis system for pesticide residue detection for edible agricultural products is developed; four major basic sub-databases are established; and pesticide residue detection data is presented in a thematic map, such that safety conditions of pesticide residues of edible agricultural products in five levels of administrative regions including national, provincial, prefectural and municipal level and district and county level can be intuitively and simply displayed.
