A cloud platform selection method and a cloud platform selection apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining service information including access device information and path requirement information; obtaining a recommendation result of a cloud platform based on the service information, where the recommendation result indicates a cloud platform corresponding to each access device in a first device set, the first device set includes a first access device, the first access device corresponds to a first cloud platform, path requirement evaluation information of a path from the first access device to the first cloud platform meets the path requirement information, the first device set includes at least a part of one or more access devices, the cloud platform corresponding to each access device belongs to a candidate cloud platform set including one or more cloud platforms; and displaying the recommendation result in an interface.
