The present invention provides an optical imaging lens. The optical imaging lens comprises nine lens elements positioned in an order from an object side to an image side. Through controlling the convex or concave shape of the surfaces of the lens elements, the optical imaging lens may be provided with reduced f number and increased image height, along with good imaging quality.

An optical imaging lens includes a first lens element to a seventh lens element, and each lens element has an object-side surface and an image-side surface. The second lens element has negative refracting power, an optical axis region of the object-side surface of the fifth lens element is concave, and an optical axis region of the object-side surface of the seventh lens element is convex. Lens elements included by the optical imaging lens are only the seven lens elements described above, and the following relationships: V5+V6+V7≥140.000, (ImgH+D61t72)/D11t42≥2.400, V4≥30.000 are satisfied.

An optical imaging lens includes, sequentially from an object side to an image side along an optical axis, a first to seventh lens elements each having an object-side surface and an image-side surface. The optical imaging lens satisfies EFL/(G12+G67)≤5.600, wherein EFL is an effective focal length of the optical imaging lens, G12 is an air gap from the first lens element to the second lens element along the optical axis, and G67 is an air gap from the sixth lens element to the seventh lens element along the optical axis.

Through designing concave and/or convex surface of the lens elements, the optical imaging lens may have improved imaging quality, enlarged half field of view and reduced surface area in front of the optical imaging lens while the optical imaging lens may satisfy AAG/T5&#x2264;1.400 and HFOV&#x2265;50.000&#xb0;, wherein a sum of the four air gaps from the first lens element to the fifth lens element along the optical axis is represented by AAG, a thickness of the fifth lens element along the optical axis is represented by T5, and a half field of view of the optical imaging lens is represented by HFOV.
