The present invention discloses a burner, a gas water heater and a processing method of fire row, wherein the burner comprising: a plurality of fire rows; an air channel is formed between at least two fire rows; the fire row has a burning substrate; the burning substrate is provided with main burning holes; the burning substrate is further provided with auxiliary burning holes downstream of the main burning holes; at least one the auxiliary burning hole is disposed on at least one side of the main burning hole in a length direction of the burning substrate; flame of the auxiliary burning hole intersect with flame of the main burning hole; and a frame for mounting the fire rows. The burner, the gas water heater and the processing method of the fire rows disclosed in the present invention can help to decrease flame height, facilitate manufacturing and reduce costs.

A multi-cavity gas-air mixing device includes at least two mixing cavities each having an air inlet and a mixture outlet communicated with a combustor, wherein each of the mixing cavities has a built-in gas pipeline, each of the gas pipelines is provided with a gas jet, and the orientation of the gas jet is intersected with a flow direction of air entering into the mixing cavities. The device effectively segments the gas-air mixer and achieves a large load regulation ratio, without producing condensate water at any load segment, thereby improving the system reliability and service life. The built-in gas pipeline not only actively controls the fuel in the open-close control pipeline, but also reduces the volume of the mixer and largely decreases the cost.

The gas premix burner has a combustion direction, the gas premix burner can be matched and connected with a premix chamber that is disposed upstream the combustion direction of the gas premix burner, gas and air can be burned by the gas premix burner after mixed in the premix chamber; the gas premix burner comprising: a burner substrate, a main combustion hole provided on the burner substrate; an auxiliary combustion hole disposed downstream the main combustion hole along the combustion direction on the burner substrate; an auxiliary flame of the auxiliary combustion hole intersects a main flame of the main combustion hole. The present application provides the main combustion hole upstream the auxiliary combustion hole along the combustion direction, since the main flame is usually larger in scale than the auxiliary flame, by providing the main flame upstream the auxiliary flame, it will be easier for the auxiliary flame and the main flame to intersect each other, and then the effect of stabilizing the flame is realized by opposed flames formed by the auxiliary flame and the main flame.
