A multi-port valve includes a valve housing and a valve core. The valve housing comprises a cylindrical main body defining an inner cavity to rotatably accommodate the valve core and a plurality of ports in fluid communication with the inner cavity. The valve core defines a plurality of flow channels, each extending through a sidewall of the valve core to form two opposite open ends. The valve housing is provided with a guider passage, and the plurality of flow channels include a first flow channel, a second flow channel and a third flow channel. The multi-port valve is operable to be switched between a plurality of work modes in response to the valve core rotating to different positions relative to the valve housing. The first flow channel is connected in series with the second flow channel via the guider passage in response to a first work mode of the plurality of work modes. The first flow channel is connected in series with the third flow channel via the guider passage in response to a second work mode of the plurality of work modes.

Multi-port valve and thermal management system having multi-port valve

The patent discloses a thermal management system and a valve thereof. The valve comprises a valve house and a valve core that can be rotatably mounted in the valve house. A plurality of inner valve ports and a plurality of outer valve ports are defined in an axial end of the valve house. The inner valve ports and the outer valve ports are arranged at intervals along the circumference of valve house. the valve core defines a plurality of inner flow channels and a plurality of outer flow channels extending through one of axial ends of the valve core. the inner flow channels are located at a radial inner side of the outer flow channels and are not in communication with each other inside the valve core. The inner flow channels are corresponding to the inner valve ports. The outer flow channels are corresponding to the outer valve ports. In response to the valve core rotating to different positions relative to the valve house, the inner flow channels selectively communicate with different inner valve ports, and the outer flow channel selectively communicate with different outer valve ports.

A multi-port valve includes a valve housing and a valve core. The valve housing is provided with a plurality of outer ports, at least part of which is arranged at an axial end of the valve housing. The valve core is provided with a plurality of inner ports, at least part of which is arranged at an axial end of the valve core. A plurality of flow channels extends through the valve core, whereas the flow channels are fluidly separated from one another inside the valve core. The plurality of the flow channels includes at least two cross-channels intersecting with each other in a projection plane perpendicular to a rotation axis of the valve core. Each of the flow channels communicates with two of the inner ports. At least part of the inner ports is aligned and communicated with the corresponding outer ports in response to the valve core rotating to a desired position as regarded to the valve housing.

A multi-port valve includes a valve housing and a valve core. The valve housing includes a plurality of ports arranged in a circumferential direction. All the ports are grouped into at least two port groups. Each of the port groups includes a main port and a plurality of sub-ports. The valve core is rotatably mounted to the valve housing and defines at least two flow channels. The multi-port valve has a plurality of work modes in response to the valve core rotated as regard to the valve housing to different positions. In different work modes, each of said at least two flow channels is configured to selectively communicate one of the main ports with one of the sub-ports.

A liquid pump includes a pump house with an electric motor housed therein, a pump cover connected to the pump house, an impeller housed in the pump cover and driven by the motor, and a sleeve disposed between the pump cover and the pump house. Two of the pump cover, the pump house, and the sleeve are respectively provided with an outer binding segment and an inner binding segment, the outer binding segment is made of polyphenylene sulfide mixed with glass fiber, and permeable to a laser light, the inner binding segment is capable of absorbing the laser light.

A fluid pump includes a pump casing, a motor connected to the pump casing, and an impeller driven by the motor. The motor includes a housing and a stator arranged in the casing. The housing is made of a non-magnetic material. The stator includes a stator iron core and a plurality of windings wound on the stator iron core. The motor further includes a sleeve having a cylindrical main body and a flange extending radially outwards from one end of the main body and fixed to the housing. An annular space is jointly bounded by the sleeve and the housing to accommodate the stator. A part of inner surface of the housing and a part of bottom surface of the flange facing the annular space are coated with a metal coating for electromagnetic wave shielding.

Fluid pump

An electric coolant pump includes a pump house, a motor connected to the pump house, and an impeller housed in the pump house and driven by the motor. The motor includes a stator and a movable unit rotatably mounted within the stator. The stator is provided with a central shaft. The movable unit includes a support body, a bearing assembly fixedly embedded in the support body, a rotor core fixed to the support body, and a plurality of permanent magnets attached to the rotor core. The bearing assembly includes at least one bearing rotatably sleeved on the central shaft. The support body is formed by an injection-molding process to wrap the bearing assembly and fixed connecting bearing assembly and the rotor core.

Electric coolant pump and manufacturing method for movable unit of the same

An electric motor and a rotor thereof are provided. The rotor includes a shaft and at least one rotating body fixed to the shaft. The rotating body includes a rotor core and a plurality of permanent magnets. An outer periphery of the rotor core has a plurality of spaced slots, each of which extends along an axial direction of the rotor. The rotating body further includes a plurality of axial arms molded to the corresponding slots and configured to fix the permanent magnets. Every two adjacent axial arms form an accommodation therebetween, and each permanent magnet is fixed to a corresponding accommodation.

The rotor includes a shaft, a housing, a rotor core fixed to the shaft and received in the housing, and a plurality of permanent magnets placed between an outer surface of the rotor core and an inner surface of the housing. A resolver which includes a resolver rotor and a resolver stator. The resolver stator includes a resolver stator core, a winding bracket mounted on the resolver stator core, and a plurality of resolver windings wound on the winding bracket. The winding bracket includes an annular portion surrounding the resolver rotor, a connector extending outwardly from the annular portion, and a cover mounted on the connector.
