The present invention discloses a microencapsulation method for improving stability of anthocyanin, a product therefrom and use thereof. A preparation method of anthocyanin microcapsules includes: (1) taking sodium alginate as a wall material, adding sodium alginate and calcium carbonate into water, and swelling for 1-2 h to obtain a wall material gel system; (2) taking anthocyanin prepared by a special process as a core material, and fully and uniformly mixing the wall material gel system with an anthocyanin solution to obtain a water phase; (3) mixing Span80 and vegetable oil to obtain an oil phase, mixing the water phase with the oil phase, and magnetically stirring for emulsifying to obtain a W/O emulsion; and (4) adjusting the pH of the W/O emulsion to be acidic, mixing the W/O emulsion with a salt buffer solution, standing for 1-2 h, and then separating the oil phase and the water phase.

Microencapsulation method for improving stability of anthocyanin, product therefrom and use thereof

The raw material is stirred and mixed to obtain the mixed raw material, and the mixed raw material is heated. The heated raw material is added to the beverage straw manufacturing unit to obtain a straw crude. The straw crude is cut to obtain several straws. The quality inspection, the disinfection and the packaging of the straw are carried out, and the fully biodegradable straw is obtained, finally.

Method for producing low-cost fully biodegradable disposable straw

Disclosed is a method for preparing a fully-degradable non-woven fabric by spun-bonding, including: (S1) preparation of a poly(caprolactone-co-lactide acid) (P(CL-co-LA)); (S2) preparation of a copolymerized-modified poly(lactide acid) (PLA); and (S3) preparation of a full-degradable non-woven fabric using a spun-bond method. In this disclosure, the PLA is modified in gradient several times to prepare the full-degradable non-woven fabric in combination with an optimized spun-bonding method.

Method for preparing fully-degradable non-woven fabric by spun-bonding

A plant cellulose material containing dregs ofis modified to obtain a modified plant fiber starch blank. Konjac gum is subjected to pulverization and ultrafine pulverization to obtain a colloidal binder combined with a deacetylated konjac gum. The colloidal binder is mixed with the modified plant fiber starch blank to obtain a mixture. The mixture is subjected to foam molding in a forming mold to obtain the low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware.

A single-mode fiber with ultralow attenuation includes a core layer and cladding layers. The cladding layers includes an inner cladding layer surrounding the core layer, a trench cladding layer surrounding the inner cladding layer, an auxiliary outer cladding layer surrounding the trench cladding layer, and an outer cladding layer surrounding the auxiliary cladding layer. The core layer has a radius of 3.9-4.8 &#x3bc;m and a relative refractive index difference of &#x2212;0.08% to 0.10%. The inner cladding layer has a radius of 9-14 &#x3bc;m and a relative refractive index difference of &#x2212;0.40% to &#x2212;0.15%. The auxiliary outer cladding layer has a radius of 30-50 &#x3bc;m and a relative refractive index difference of &#x2212;0.4% to &#x2212;0.15%. The outer cladding layer is a pure silicon dioxide glass layer.

A bending-insensitive single-mode fiber with ultralow attenuation includes a core layer and cladding layers. The cladding layers includes an inner cladding layer surrounding the core layer, a trench cladding layer surrounding the inner cladding layer, an auxiliary outer cladding layer surrounding the trench cladding layer, and an outer cladding layer surrounding the auxiliary cladding layer. The core layer has a radius of 3.0 to 3.9 &#x3bc;m and a relative refractive index of &#x2212;0.04% to 0.12%. The inner cladding layer has a radius of 8 to 14 &#x3bc;m and a relative refractive index &#x2212;0.35% to &#x2212;0.10%. The trench cladding layer has a radius of 14 to 20 &#x3bc;m and a relative refractive index of &#x2212;0.6% to &#x2212;0.2%. The auxiliary outer cladding layer has a radius of 35 to 50 &#x3bc;m and a relative refractive index of &#x2212;0.4% to &#x2212;0.15%. The outer cladding layer is a pure silica glass layer.
