A passive hummingbird water feeder and a feeding method thereof. By setting up an air cavity pipe, a delivery pipe, and a water storage bladder, and based on the siphon principle, water is introduced from the container into the water storage bladder without power with water level maintained, allowing water filling directly from above the container. The design simulates the foraging habits of hummingbirds, and enables photographing of flowers and birds.

Passive hummingbird water feeder and feeding method

A MEMS microphone, includes a substrate with a back cavity, and a capacitive system arranged on the substrate, the capacitive includes a back plate and a diaphragm, a reinforcing portion is located between the diaphragm and the substrate, a projection of an inner surface of the reinforcing portion along a vibration direction of the diaphragm is flush with an inner surface of the back cavity or located in the back cavity, the reinforcing portion includes an etched barrier wall and a sacrificial layer located within the etched barrier wall. Compared with the related art, the MEMS microphone disclosed by the present disclosure could improve the reliability.

MEMS microphone

An MEMS microphone includes a substrate with a back cavity and a capacitor system arranged on the substrate. The capacitor system includes a back plate and a diaphragm opposite to and spaced apart from the back plate. Surface of the back plate facing diaphragm or surface of diaphragm facing the back plate being provided with an anti-adhesion member. When the diaphragm moves until the anti-adhesion member is in contact with the diaphragm and the back plate at the same time, the anti-adhesion member is elastically deformable along a vibrating direction of the diaphragm. The anti-adhesion member of the present disclosure is elastic and may provide cushioning for movement of the diaphragm, which prevents rapid concentration of stress at a position of the diaphragm in contact with the anti-adhesion member, thereby preventing formation of pits in the diaphragm and preventing breakage of the diaphragm under repeated impact of the anti-adhesion member.

The present invention belongs to the field of shooting, and provides a shooting method and camera based on multi-camera linkage. The first camera is a fixed wide-angle camera, and tracks and acquires the position of the shooting target in real time. The image processing technology is used to analyze the composition quality and determines an optimal second camera shooting position coordinate. The control module sends a rotation instruction to enable the second camera to track the shooting target in real time, so as to ensure that the shooting target keeps the center position in the close-up image. When it is analyzed that the shooting target occupies the proper proportion and angle in the picture, the second camera is started to track and shoot, and during shooting, the second camera is zoomed and rotated according to the position of the shooting target, so that better image shooting is achieved.

The present invention discloses a MEMS microphone, which includes a substrate with a back cavity, a connection part, and a capacitive system arranged in the connection part. The capacitive system includes a first electrode connected to the inner wall of connection part, and a second electrode disposed on the substrate near the first electrode and spaced from the first electrode. The second electrode has two shape separation gaps. The shape separation gap includes a splitting gap in the second electrode, and two end gaps. The second electrode is divided into an effective vibration area and an auxiliary area by adopting a cracking gap structure. While improving the sensitivity of the first electrode, the stress concentration point of the second electrode is directed to the edge of the second electrode, so as to disperse the stress under the action of loud pressure.

The present disclosure discloses a MEMS microphone, including: a substrate including a back cavity; a capacitive system arranged on the substrate, the capacitive system including a back plate and a diaphragm opposite to the back plate; wherein the diaphragm includes a vibration portion and a fixing portion surrounding the vibration portion and fixed to the substrate, the vibration portion and the fixing portion are spaced apart from each other by a slit, the fixing portion includes a plurality of releasing portions, and the releasing portions pass through the fixing portion. Compared with the related art, MEMS microphone disclosed by the present disclosure has a high reliability of the back plate.
