A camera module of reduced size includes a baseplate, an image sensor on the baseplate, a mounting bracket with a through hole, and a circuit board. An inner wall of the through hole extends towards a central axis of the through hole to form a platform, a side of the mounting bracket adjacent to the platform extends outward to form a connecting portion. A multilayer coil, a capacitor, and a resistor are formed on the mounting bracket by laser direct structuring, the multilayer coil is of encircling coils arranged from inside to outside on the mounting bracket and surrounds the through hole. A method for connecting stacked circuit boards provides an insulation base as a hollowed annular plate and which has a first surface, a second surface, and a lateral surface. The nickel electroplating layer is formed on at least the first portion and exposes sidewalls of the first portion. A method for manufacturing a PCB includes certain steps. A printed circuit board sheet is provided. The printed circuit board includes an unwanted portion and a printed circuit board unit which includes a plurality of contact pads. An imaginary boundary line is defined between the printed circuit board unit and the unwanted portion. Each of the contact pads defines an outline. A nearest distance between the outline and the imaginary boundary line is less than 4 millimeters. The printed circuit board sheet is punched along the imaginary boundary line, forming one hollow portion or a plurality of through slots. A plurality of burrs is generated on an inner surface of the hollow portion or the through slots. The burrs are removed using a low-energy laser cutting process, thereby obtaining a printed circuit board. A laser power used in the low-energy laser cutting process is 5-8 watts.

This disclosure relates to a printed circuit board comprising a light-pervious insulation layer, a patterned electrically conductive layer and a light-pervious overlay. The patterned electrically conductive layer includes a first black oxide layer, a copper layer and a second black oxide layer. The copper layer includes two opposite surfaces and a plurality of inner surfaces interconnecting the two opposite surfaces of the copper layer. The first black oxide layer is formed on one of the surfaces, and the second black oxide layer is formed on the other surface and the inner surfaces. The patterned electrically conductive layer is arranged on the light-pervious insulation layer. The light-pervious overlay is arranged on the second black oxide layer. A method for manufacturing the printed circuit board is also provided in this disclosure.

A method for manufacturing a FPCB substrate includes the following steps. First, a FPCB material including an insulation layer and an electrically conductive layer formed on the insulation layer is provided. The electrically conductive layer has a first surface and an opposite second surface. The insulation layer has a third surface and an opposite fourth surface. The third surface comes into contact with the second surface. Secondly, a through hole extends from the first surface to the fourth surface is formed. The through hole includes a metal hole in the electrically conductive layer and an insulation hole in the insulation layer. Thirdly, the insulation hole is enlarged to expose a portion of the electrically conductive layer around the metal hole. Finally, the exposed portion is bent to form a hook which passes through the enlarged insulation hole and protrudes out from the fourth surface of the insulation layer.
