The present disclosure provides a transformer module and a power module, wherein the transformer module comprises: a magnetic core, where a first insulating layer and a second wiring layer are sequentially disposed on the magnetic core from inside to outside; a first metal winding, wound around the magnetic core in a foil structure, and comprising a first winding segment formed in the first wiring layer and a second winding segment formed in the second wiring layer; and a second metal winding, wound around the magnetic core in a foil structure, comprising a third winding segment formed in the first wiring layer and a fourth winding segment formed in the second wiring.

Transformer module and power module

A power converter device includes a first current level, a second current level, a first magnetic layer and a second magnetic layer. The first current level and the second current level are used to load a current loop which has AC current component. The current loop includes a power element module and a conductor coupled to the power element module. The power element module includes at least two electrodes. Voltage among the at least two electrodes is AC voltage. AC current magnitudes of the at least two electrodes are substantially equal and in the opposite direction. The first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer are used to load a magnetic loop which includes AC magnetic flux component. The first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer are disposed along two opposite sides of the first current level.

Power converting device

The present disclosure provides a transformer module and a power module, wherein the transformer module comprises: a magnetic core, a first metal winding and a second metal winding. A first wiring layer, a first insulating layer and a second wiring layer are sequentially disposed on the magnetic core from the outside to the inside; the first metal winding is formed on the first wiring layer and winded around the magnetic core in a foil structure; the first insulating layer is at least partially covered by the first metal winding; a second metal winding is formed on the second wiring layer and winded around the magnetic core in a foil structure, wherein the second metal winding is at least partially covered by the first insulating layer, and is at least partially covered by the first metal winding.

The present disclosure relates to the field of power electronic technology, provides a magnetic unit, including: a magnetic core and a winding, the magnetic core includes Q magnetic legs arranged in a row, where Q is a natural number and Q&#x2265;2, and the winding includes a first winding and a second winding, where the first winding is magnetically coupled with the second winding, and the first winding is wound around the Q magnetic legs while the second winding is wound around the Q magnetic legs. The first winding between any two adjacent magnetic legs is generally symmetrically disposed at both sides of the symmetric plane between the any two adjacent magnetic legs, thereby the magnetomotive force (MMF) distribution between any two adjacent magnetic legs is uniform.

Magnetic unit

A power converter device includes a power element module, a conductor, and a magnetic-conductive assembly. The power element module includes at least two electrodes and a power semiconductor unit. Voltage among these electrodes is AC voltage. The power semiconductor unit includes at least one pure die, and the pure die includes plural surfaces. The surface which occupies the most area of the pure die is the pure die surface. The conductor is coupled to the power element module. A current loop forms between the power element module and the conductor. A magnetic loop forms in the magnetic-conductive assembly. The magnetic-conductive assembly includes a chamber. The current loop passes through the chamber and intersects the magnetic loop to form inductance which the current loop needs. A part of the power element module is disposed in the chamber.

The present invention discloses a dual-power overlapped closing operation mechanism, relating to the field of dual-power switches. The dual-power overlapped closing operation mechanism comprises a first contact, a second contact, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a fourth connecting rod, a fifth connecting rod, a sixth connecting rod, a seventh connecting rod, a first auxiliary shaft, a second auxiliary shaft and a third auxiliary shaft. The fourth connecting rod rotates anticlockwise to push, via the fifth connecting rod and the seventh connecting rod, the second contact to make electrical contact with the second fixed contact, and at the same time the first contact is first tightly pressed via the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod until the dead point is passed, and then the first contact is gradually opened clockwise. The result of the fourth connecting rod rotating clockwise is similar, in which the second contact is first tightly pressed until the dead point is passed, and then the second contact is gradually opened clockwise. With the present invention, the neutral line overlapping has an extended duration and is maintained by means of a mechanical structure so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of a zero line break.

Dual-power overlapping contact closing mechanism

A magnetic core is provided. The magnetic core includes a plurality of magnetic core units each having at least one non-shared magnetic core part that is not shared with the neighboring magnetic core unit, wherein a reluctance of the shared magnetic core part is smaller than the reluctance of a non-shared magnetic core part of the magnetic core units, and directions of a direct current magnetic flux in the shared magnetic core part of the neighboring two magnetic core units are opposite.

An integrated inductor apparatus integrated to be a plurality of inductors is provided. The integrated inductor apparatus includes inductor windings to form inductors and includes at least two windows each having at least one of the inductor windings disposed therein and magnetic core units, each having a closed geometrical structure to form one of the at least two windows, wherein two of the neighboring magnetic core units have a shared magnetic core part. The magnetic core units comprise at least two kinds of material having different magnetic permeability corresponding to different sections of the magnetic core units, wherein the reluctance of the shared magnetic core part is smaller than the reluctance of a non-shared magnetic core part of the magnetic core units.

Integrated inductor and integrated inductor magnetic core of the same

A radio frequency interference suppression circuit that includes a reference ground end, a main power circuit, a driving circuit and an impedance unit is provided. The main power circuit includes a first switch that includes a control end, a first and a second end. A minimal impedance is presented between the second end and the reference ground end. The driving circuit is coupled to the control end and the second end. The first impedance unit is formed between the second end and the reference ground end in a high frequency differential mode loop to reduce a high frequency voltage drop therein. The first switch receives a driving signal from the driving circuit to be turned on or turned off between the first and the second ends accordingly to make the main power circuit converts a first power signal to a second power signal.

Radio frequency interference suppression circuit

A device is provided that integrates a plurality of inductors in parallel. The device includes a plurality of windings and a magnetic core structure. A number of the windings corresponds to a number of the inductors. The magnetic core structure includes a plurality of windows, wherein each window includes at least two windings coupled with each other. When a phase difference of the voltage phases is smaller than a predetermined value, voltage phases of two terminals of any two of the windings within the same window are substantially the same.

Power converter and device integrating inductors in parallel of the same

A connecting device may have a tooth-shaped jacket, a locking body internally of the tooth-shaped jacket, a plurality of balls, a spring, and a spring base. The locking body has a rear end with an annular groove and has a neck with a plurality of spherical recesses containing the balls. Radial positioning between the locking body and the tooth-shaped jacket is realized through the balls. The spring is connected between the tooth-shaped jacket and the spring base and axial positioning between the spring base and the locking body is realized through a snap ring in the annular groove.

Method for improving performance of filter and power conversion apparatus

A synchronous rectifier includes a primary rectifier circuit and a secondary rectifier circuit. The primary rectifier circuit is configured to produce first and second half-rectified signals from respective first and second primary voltage outputs of a first transformer winding. The secondary rectifier circuit is configured to rectify a voltage output of a second transformer winding in response to first and second transistor gate inputs. A first buffer driver is configured to receive the first half-rectified signal and to provide a first buffered control signal to the first transistor gate input. A second buffer driver is configured to receive the second half-rectified signal and to provide a second buffered control signal to the first transistor gate input.
